Sleep Inn & Suites of Lancaster County

They have incredible comfortable beds, rooms and cleaned bathrooms. They have quality products and brands in all customers services. They are very friendly and helpful generous with all customers. They organized well and maintain well. They have large parking spaces. Their dinner rooms are very great services with the workers and staffs are reliable and satisfied with all the services. They have quality sales prices and discounts are generally available .

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Rooms were a decent size for our large family. The only problem we had with the room was the shower. Water would leak all over the floor probably because the door was installed incorrectly. The hotel had a pool and hot tub and an exercise room with 3 machines.
They had hot breakfast items on the weekends - some of which had to be microwaved. The staff were very courteous and humble. I would stay here again on my next visit.

We rode into Lancaster for a 2 day motorcycle course. We arrived ahead of a rain storm Sunday around 11:30, just after check out they were fully booked the night before. We just wanted shelter from the rain so we were perfectly content sitting in their breakfast area for a few hours till the 3pm check in. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and even managed to get us into our room early. Rooms are clean, staff was absolutely fantastic; very pleasant and happy.
Pool was very clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. I will definitely be making more trips to the area and staying here as a peaceful little getaway from home.

Very hospitable with a wide array of amenities; a pool and jacuzzi with jets, fitness room, office space, conference center, and more. The rooms and hallways were very clean and the service was excellent. I’ve stayed twice and I will certainly be returning.

If I could give Hal at the front desk 10 stars I would. The moment I walked in he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms/bathrooms are very clean. If you like more space book a king. The queen made me feel a little claustrophobic but Hal was very kind and helpful when I asked to upgrade my room. It's a cool little area also with a small restaurant/ice cream place across the parking lot

Right off the highway a lot of places to eat nearby. Quiet. Got the king suite and glad we got the suite for the 2 nights. Very specious. Breakfast was amazing!!!

ONLY issue (kinda)- pool/hot tub room is indoors and could use more ventilation. Not very big (pool is only 4ft deep) and it was freezing. The chlorine smell in the room was very strong for us with more sensitive eyes.. But the hot tub was really comfortable/great temp/nice to relax in.

The service was excellent! The front desk guy was amazing! Rooms were good. Definitely recommend.

Hidden gem in a quiet residential location. This place offers all the amenities of the fancier hotels at a third of the price and their customer service is fantastic. Beds are comfortable, room was clean, hot tub and pool were available and the breakfast was stellar. We would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel in Lancaster, don't sleep on Sleep Inn. It was a great stay - and they take both cash and card. Eden in Lancaster does not and they charge a holding fee per day.

1st time staying there and won't be the last. Found our place when visiting family.. very clean very friendly. Gary S.

Stayed midweek for a mini vacation. Room was great and staff was very good. HVAC was good as well as the water pressure and temperature. WiFi was excellent! Only issue was the room keys which appear to be old and should be replaced.

I always stay here its very clean quiet, great breakfast, awesome location. 15 mins to Site & Sound.

Excellent stay with affordable rates! The entire hotel was very clean, quiet, and safe.

Staff was friendly, chatty, helpful, and always working: helping a guest or cleaning something. You can tell they take pride in their work.

There is a waffle maker for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise!

The only complaint id have is the rooms are kinda small but not much they can do about that , but staff all but makes up for it. Even their off duty staff are helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone . Even just needing a break from home life. I called at last minute and was made to feel welcome like as if it was planned for months. Desk people were overly kind and caring . I will be staying again. oh. Btw great ice cream and food right there within a short distance. Peaceful atmosphere. Just what the doctor ordered peace . Can't go wrong here. Clean too. . I booked, two rooms for the weekend. A very nice hotel, the staff was amazing, the rooms were great.

LOVED the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was small but comfortable. Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice loved the waffles

The staff here are wonderful. Very friendly. My GPS not working correctly and Jeanne or Wilma met me at gas station nearby and they directed me to hotel. Both these gals very very kind . I'd recommend this hotel due to the staff and nice rooms and nice location. They also have a breakfast. Overall a 5 star experience in a small town hotel.

Very nice friendly staff good service clean rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly. They provided us with plenty of towels, which is something hotels never seem to do. They had a nice hot breakfast in the mornings, along with bagels, toast, donuts, yogurt, and fruit. And the coffee was good! If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Stayed here one night a few months ago and I gotta say the place was fantastic! I had a nice big king size bed and the hotel pool and hot tub were both fantastic! The staff at check-in was wonderful and super helpful. The absolute only thing I wish would change would be the size of the breakfast area (it’s too small!). Would absolutely stay here again.
