Comfort Inn Lancaster County

Love this place super clean room and affordable. Has fridge and microwave. They got us in before check in and are allowing us to check out late as we had a crisis and are stuck in this area for a night. Super accommodating. Someone was doing ding song ditch tho but that’s not the hotels fault

The workers were very polite an helped any chance they could. Rooms and everything was very clean. They do a wonderful job at this hotel I can't say that enough

This is a great place if you are on a leisure trip. The rooms are very clean. The staff are courteous and in every respect this is a great hotel for your stay.

For business travel users please avoid this if you are going to work from your room. Internet is not working properly. If you are working outside and need a hotel to sleep then it is no less than Marriott.

This Inn is under new management. The old reviews reflect the old managements lack of care. The room was clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was hot and good and well stocked. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for a pleasant 3 day stay.

Had a good stay. Room was clean although the sign says "newly renovated" i don't believe that, the windows were sweaty and appeared to have the seal broken. The pool was nice and a good temperature. The hit tub needs some attention and water as it was below the skimmer. The front staff very attentive as the bathroom light had gone out within the first 15 minutes of us being in the room. The gentleman who corrected this promptly was professional and courteous. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and room seems brand new, very clean and up to date. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was great. Not just a continental. They served hot food also. Overall a great value.

Great hotel! Has many amenities such as pool and fitness room, is close to Lancaster city and not far from outlets. Free breakfast is always delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I always get a fair rate. Love staying here and do so often!

There weren't any rooms in like a 20 square mile of us with a 2 person hot tub for similar price what we paid here. the staff was all charming and polite, the room was impeccible, the breakfast was great. my only gripe would've been the jerks that hogged the jacuzzi all night by the pool... except we had a lovely 2 person whirlpool hot tub up in our room. i am physically handicapped and was accommodated fully, but i am not fully unable to walk, so it might be different if anyone was in a chair, but there were proper handicap accommodations. we will be back. theres not much in the area... guessing why this lovely inn is so cheap... but it doesn't feel cheap at all.

I've only stayed here a few times I've never had a problem my room is always top notch the service is always good the complimentary breakfast is also good you are right next to everything so the location is great

Had a great stay here! The room was clean and bigger than expected, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was standard but good. Would stay here again in the future!

I can honestly say, that it was an absolute joy staying there. The staff was friendly and very professional, the rooms were immaculate, and one of the best breakfasts ever. Well worth the price. If my wife and I are ever up that way again, we will definetly stay there again.

Absolutely love the night staff . Couldn't ask for better hotel staff. Not to mention the location was perfect , the price was unbeatable and the rooms I've had were classy with a touch of "Home" like comfort. Will definitely be staying there from now on instead of the other place i was staying when working in that area.

Great place, its kinda easy to miss, but if u did find this place, definitely a quality stay. The breakfast was awesome, fresh scrambled eggs off the grill, just how i like it. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! The front desk attendant was very helpful when I arrived and suggested some restaurants to get delivery from. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was wonderful and even provided a handwritten list of ice cream shops! Olga had our room very clean. For this type of hotel, I couldn't have expected more.

Clean and friendly. Due to Covid the breakfast is no more. All they have is a stand with coffee and water. This made me sad. That was only complaint. Otherwise great place! Would definitely stop by again if ever in the area.

Def 1 of the best hotel deals I have caught recently..room updated..bed was comfy..they serve hot breakfast and have an indoor pool..best deal around compared to other hotels in the area
