We like the store for it's selections and good customer service. My wife got a pair of outdoor shoes that didn't fit right when she got home and tried used them. After looking at them we noticed that one pair of the shoe hole opening was bigger than the other one. That's why one felt different than the other one. We called the store back and asked if they would replace them with the same ones and they said no problem. We exchanged them with a different size one and now everyone is happy. That's the way it should be. Thanks Skechers.

We love this store! Great selection & big selection of wide sizes. Every time we go, it seems like they are having a sale or special deal, plus we get a military discount. The staff is always polite & helpful! I should count how many pairs of Skecher's that I have!!! Well over 20 pairs! I have neuropathy in my wide feet & Skecher's really make a big difference!

But one 50% off other. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Placed a order for my shoes to be delivered because the color was not available there

Four of us traveled to the store at Tanger Outlet. My wife was looking for another pair of Skechers sneakers, of which she is a very big fan. I didn't need a pair of sneakers but went into the store to help my wife, should she need any assistance.

Once inside, I was amazed at the variety of sneaker styles and colors. I have never seen a larger quantity and variety of Skechers anywhere!
There was a large "Men's" section, a large section for "Children", and a large "Women's" section.
If you can't find a style and color that suits your taste at this location, I would be greatly surprised.
This is also an excellent opportunity for one stop shopping, for Skechers, for the entire family.

If you are in the market for a pair of Skechers and you live in a reasonable driving distance of this location, you owe it to yourself to come here on a shopping excursion. This store is great and it is surrounded by many other Outlet Stores that are also visit worthy.

After completing your shopping, you now have the opportunity to sample some of the local restaurants that are close by. It could make for a very nice day out and about, an adventure that you will remember for a long time, as you wear your new Skechers around town!

I had a great experience I wanted work boots for doing yard work, I had several pairs to choose from. The sales associate got several pairs down for me and I found the best fit. Price was great and fall clean up has been a breeze. I also picked up a pair of pants and they fit well. Selection, service and satisfaction for me.

The staff was great!!! The store is always clean and well organized when I visit which is about a couple times a year. They were having a clearance Event and got a nice pair of sneakers for a great price. And talked to very nice guy at the register. Will stop by again and hopefully get another great deal and great experience.

Great staff very helpful and positive attitudes

This is one of my favorite Skechers Factory Outlet stores. The store is large, neat, and has a great selection in all departments. My only problem is that I have so many pairs of Skechers, many still new in the box that I didn't need any more.

My wife is very choosy when picking out sneakers. She owns a pair for a long time. We've tried the Nike Outlet and Shoe Carnival, with no luck. She found a pair she loved within minutes that fit well and looked great. Easy purchase, not expensive, and not crowded.

This is the first time my family was able to get help in the store. The employees were fast, friendly, and overall enjoyable. The building was very nice. It was organized and clean. None of the employees really had identifiable tags or uniforms so I had to watch for people who were putting shoes away to know who to ask for help. Nobody asks us if they could help us find anything. Skechers shoes in general are very comfortable and well made.

Update : I have been to this store many times since they said they would fix the training. I have not had one issue since. The staff is hard working and knowledgeable about the product. They are always friendly and the store is clean . I changed the rating from a 3 to a 5 star .

I got the shoes I wanted . but the manager and the cashier when I visited were not burdened with an over abundance of education. Together they had to ring me up 3 times because they couldnt figure out how to ring up a buy one get one half off sale . Then as I was leaving the cashier was whineing ( for real ) that she wasnt allowed to try things on while she was on the clock and there was no one there to cover . I would go again the store was neat and stocked and the blond lady ( sorry I forget names ) on the floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. It didnt fall apart till I hit the check out .

Big selection, and we'll organized. Don't sleep on the clothing material is super comfortable. Staff wasn't very friendly and not super helpful.
