Cohen, The LG Tech. did a thorough check of my refrigerator. Overall the job was excellent. He was friendly and courteous. He was an excellent representative for LG Appliances.

When I needed a replacement refrigerator for a client, Lapp Gas was very helpful with the order process. Anthony was especially helpful with getting a new refrigerator delivered to our client in a timely manner.

Jake was fantastic! He explained what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He also gave me some helpful tips for keeping it running well. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a Summit hood vent from this company with the extended warranty. The motor went bad within 9 months. However the 5 stars here goes to Lauren the repairman who diagnosed it and replaced it. Lauren was pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions with patience. Thanks Lauren!

I'd highly recommend Lapp Gas Appliance. Not only was scheduling a service appointment with a technician a smooth and easy process, the technician gave us thoughtful advice to save us money. We decided to purchase a new appliance, and Lapp was able to find and deliver the appliance the same day! I was so impressed with their high level of customer service.

We highly recommend Lapp Gas Appliance. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, Lauren replaced some parts and had my dryer fixed in no time. Very respectful and explained the dryer issue to me.

Very courteous and professional. Responded very quickly. Trustworthy and punctual.

My clothes dryer wouldn't start and I had a load of wet clothes with only a day and a half before I had to leave on a business trip. After several calls, I finally found Lapp who agreed to help by having a tech come out after finishing up another job close to my home. From start to finish, I was treated as a valued customer (this was my first experience with Lapp!) and the issue was resolved with no further inconvenience to me and at a very fair price. This is a company that seems to do business "the old fashioned way" with a high level of customer satisfaction!

This was truly a great company. We purchased a new over for our trailer at Sun Retreats Lancaster County in Narvon. We need Lapp Gas to convert the over from Natural gas to Propane (oven had a conversion kit). The company called me back right away and set up an appointment that wasn’t that far out. Lauren came and was able to do the conversion, answer any questions I had and double checked to make sure there were no leaks in my propane line. He also was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was actually really fair as well. I would highly recommend Lapp Gas!

Loren , his trainee Preston, Emily, Anthony and Jonas are absolutely amazing to deal with!! They had th do a process of elimination with 3 visits but never were upset with me for calling them back when other things didn't work. They all know how to talk to people and treat people with courtesy and respect. Thank you so much to your whole crew!!
