I am addicted to the 5 for $8 hand sanitizers. Every time I go I have to smell all the candles over again. I'm absolutely in love with the Champagne Toast scent and recently purchased the Strawberry Soda body spray at the semi annual sale. While the prices are a little high and I wish the three wick candles were on sale more, I absolutely love this place and visit every time I go to the mall!

I stopped in to pick up some products for my sister in law. I must admit, this was the first time I ever set foot in one of these, but it definitely won't be the last! Very lovely store and helpful staff!

I've always enjoyed a visit to your store, the samplers to smell before purchasing are great.
The men's line, my son enjoys and I enjoy the lavender and eucalyptus body spray and lotions. We also love the travel size hand sanitizer

One question, is your store handicap accessible to self shop with or without requesting a person to help open or travel through your store without a accident of hitting a display Table and damage happening? Many of my disabled friends would purchase items but need to smell the product first, any advice regarding this request?

Been using their soap for over 25 yrs and it's never changed. I have very sensitive skin and I've never ever had a problem with them. Wish they would bring back their hair care line.

The staff were friendly and helpful. And the place kept good safety guidelines. I recommend going during slow hours so that you can enjoy testing each of the Brand's lines.

Found so many good smelling perfumes! Annnndddd they have a whole selection of Saltwater Breeze which is my favorite scent at the moment!

Perfume/cologne supply was low assumedly because of Christmas but they were loaded with everything else. Girls at the counter were friendly and fast. In and out in no time 👍

Their products are amazing... I love most of their lotions and body sprays.. Candles smell amazing but i wish they weren't so costly

8 Dollar 1 wick candles suck though go to big lots, broyhill candles are better & cheaper! 5 stars for the staff:)

ABOUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WE HAD BOUGHT SOME FOAM PUMP SOAPS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS, LATER AFTER THE PURCHASE WE WERE EATING SOME AUNT ANNIES PRETZELS ON A BENCH NEAR THE SANTA STATION, AFTER WE HAD GOTTEN UP AND WALKED AWAY. NOT REALIZING BUT A WEEK LATER THAT WE LEFT THE BATH AND BODY WORKS BAG BY THE BENCH. WE HAD THEN CHECKED WITH MALL SECURITY........nothing. SO I THEN DECIDED TO CHECK AT THE STORE.........OMG......A GOOD SOUL HAD FOUND THE BAG AND TURNED THEM INTO THE STORE. AND THE NOTE ON THE BAG READ FOUND NEAR SANTA STATION. SO I JUST WANTED TO SAY FIRST THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE PERSON WHO WAS A DECENT SOUL. AND NEXT THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE BATH AND BODY WORKS STAFF MEMBER WHO ASSISTED ME IN GETTING OUR ITEMS RETURNED...........😁 TY.

Very well kept store. Line is long to go in but moves quickly. Staff is quite cheerful. Huge sale going on now!
