Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when assisting my wife in choosing the correct kitchen knives for her. Amazing selection makes the store feel more like a museum which I appreciated. Will exclusively be using them as my single source for knives moving forward.

I had a great experience buying a Spyderco Para 3 “Lightweight” Knife at Country Knives and would recommend this business wholeheartedly. I had zero prior experience with knives and although I spent some time researching them on YouTube, was still very “green” when it came to knowing what I wanted. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with friendly staff who were clearly passionate about what they sold and were incredibly patient in answering all my questions. They were able to make some great recommendations based on our conversation, brought them out for me to hold, and explained the various benefits/features of each model in detail.

I’ve seen some reviews talk about price and while it appears you can find the same knives elsewhere for a little cheaper, you can’t put a price on the buying experience at this store. It’s one thing to watch videos and read reviews, but having the opportunity to actually handle a variety of knives and speak with knowledgeable staff who will make sure you get the knife that fits your needs is a benefit that cannot be overstated in terms of making a confident purchase.

If you find yourself in or around Lancaster, I would highly recommend checking this place out!

A little pricey but very good quality i bought a knife last week and still in good quality, great staff, all knifes made in usa which is great,over all great store, but one complain i have is its pretty hidden you guys should put a sign that says entrance here but very nice place.

This store is awesome. I've always loved and collected edged tools and weaponry and this place has everything. The displays are beautiful, the staff is so helpful and nice and excellent, and the selection is breathtaking. Prices are significantly higher than ordering online or at other retailers, but the knowledge of the staff and the ability to see everything on display and actually handle premium blades before purchasing makes the price worth it. I'd much rather spend extra money supporting an awesome house packed with epic weapons than get it cheap and send a billionaire to space. I will definitely be back.

I didn't buy anything but from the brief moment I was in there it was extremely clean and nicely set up. The staff was nice but the owner (I think) went above and beyond with his kindness. He changed my flat tire and also showed me how to do it again as well as gave me helpful information about cars as well. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing how to change the tire or ask for anything in return. If you ever need a good quality knife with amazing customer service please shop here. You will not regret it.

They were incredibly helpful in choosing a good chef's knife that will last a long time. They also have some great products like an incredibly nice cutting board and a good spatula which I had been looking for for a very long time unsuccessfully. Thanks to the incredibly helpful staff I have a razor sharp knife being used constantly showing no signs of dulling for significantly less than I was planning to spend. Have also bought a knife here previously for backpacking and this place is the best around.

Really nice people! I called the shop as I'm a long ways away from them and wanted to make sure they had what I was ordering in-stock as the site said they did. It was close to their closing time but they were super friendly checked and made sure they had the knife stand and let me know. I ordered it and then called them a couple more times to make sure dimensions and everything else was right for my knife. They shipped it super fast and packed well. I live in the general vicinity of the store but used the website to order a much sought after knife. Everything was flawless, yes a little pricey but I feel the added expense is worth the access to some of these sprint run knives. Also, they added gifts to my order which is appreciated, I will be ordering from them again. Great experience!

We dropped our kitchen knives off to get sharpened on a Friday morning and they were ready for pickup on Tuesday morning when they opened. It is so much nicer having safe sharp knives to use while cooking. Would highly recommend! Be sure to check their sharpen schedule on their website or call to get the dates for drop off and pickup.

Great store. Huge variety of kitchen knives, folding knives, sheath knives, and other cutting tools. Bought a really good slicing knife, odd size measuring spoon set, and measuring cups.

Don't be fooled, it used to be a house and was converted to a store, so it does look like you're pulling into a person's driveway. The store employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect place to go to check out knives and get them in hand so you know how they feel when using them. Staff was knowledgeable and likes talking about blades, which is perfect for the massive selection they have. I will definitely be returning at some point, even though I live pretty far away.

Very helpful staff here at this store. Got a very high quality knife at a good price, and it's a bonus being able to support a small local business. Being able to see the product in hand before buying is a huge benefit for some products, and the service makes the trip worth it.

Huge selection, You'll definitely find something you "need". Prices are higher than most online retailers for most of their knives, but they also have some things that you won't find at online retailers. Friendly staff, and walking into the store just makes me happy.
