I cannot recommend this place enough. If you haven't been here before, it is a BBQ supply store which occasionally has demos or offers to-go meals on special occasions(like town events). Very polite family/employees and very knowledgeable as well.
BBQ supplies are very reasonably priced, sometimes better than online prices. They are my go-to place for charcoal. Though i have not bought one, I am told they are the cheapest around for the Big Green Egg. They also have a cooler with a selection of meats available.
The food they offer on days like the New Holland fair is good and better priced than a food truck. (2019 prices are $7 for a pulled pork sandwich with chips and $8 for a brisket sandwich with chips) I prefer their pulled pork over the Brisket as the brisket runs a little fatty for my tastes. Baked beans($2.50 as of 2019) are excellent as well.

Fantastic store with top shelf products. Jesse was such a great resource. Incredibly friendly and informative. He even provided recipes for our next Thanksgiving turkey. I can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely my favorite place of all time! Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful. I own 3 smokers, one of which being a Meadow Creek and by far my favorite! Not to mention the amazing selection of rubs, spices, sauces and other accessories. Absolutely recommend Meadow Creek BBQ Supply to everyone! Support Local Small Businesses!

Jesse was SUPER helpful in providing info and the correct part to fix a broken smoker. Thanks for making it possible for us to have our pig roast even though the smoker we'd rented privately initially did not work. Couldn't have done it without Jesse and this beautiful shop!

The folks at Meadow Creek are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, and the rare times that I've asked them a question where they were not sure of the answer, they took my information and found the answer and emailed me later. It's my first place to go for needed supplies and information. I also love to be able to support a local business instead of another chain store.

I have never been to the store, but wanted to review the the BX50 stainless smoker I purchased from my local Meadow Creek dealer (Smoke n Dudes in SE PA) . I'm sure many of you reading these reviews are considering a smoker purchase, and I'd be happy to share my experiences after 11 months.

Paint - perfectly smooth and even. MC added a can of thermal spray paint for touch ups. Nice move.
Grade: A+

Welds -beefy and clean work on every weld. Very smooth with high craftsmanship. It's s going to last generations.
Grade: A

Vents: Simple, chunky. 2 full turns seems to get my temps right around 250 every time.
Grade: A

Wheels/casters/towel bar - Big enough to get this behemoth over slightly bumpy rerrain. Slightly over-built, but I could say that about most parts of the BX-50.
Grade: A

Clamps (door and water pan) - Nice rubber coated, metal hinge clamps keep the doors to the smoking box, fire box and water pan nicely sealed and a personal preference why I prefer box to tank style smokers. I haven't adjusted them yet, but may need to experiment (see gasket below).
Grade: A

BBQ Guru port - a great touch. Although I promised myself I wanted to cook for the first few dozen cooks and spin the dials a bit and manage my fire, I fully expect a guru to be connected sometime very soon.
(no letter grade but an appreciated feature)

Temp Gauges: I'm glad I learned to smoke on this with no extra electronic help at first. The longer the box stays shut and your fuel is in a nice even burn, the upper and lower temps start to move toward each other.. The only ding here is mostly my fault, but on a cook where I started a very healthy fire on a windy day for a brisket and when pulling out the fire box to add some more chunks of wood, the heat & flame from the firebox blew the outer ring and glass of the lower thermometer clear across my yard. Luckily, no one was in the path and props to MC, it still works fine even without a cover. I think a heat shield below the bottom guage would improve the design. I was initially at a B but because it still works:
Grade: B+

Insulation - I've cooked on this thing at least once every month since May 2020. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside, I haven't had to change my approach if it's 39° or 93°. If you grill year round, you'll love how easy it is to maintain temps. This insulation and wanting to support local businesses when they needed it the most are why I bought the BX50.
Grade A+

Door gasket - I bought this during the pandemic. I knew I got the floor model I had seen a few months earlier, but I'm 100% happy helping out a local dealer. The gasket was fraying in the top left corner
andi there's a bit of smoke leaking from that area.. But again, nothing I'd fuss over during a pandemic. If a hinge adjustment clears it up, great. If not, I'm pretty sure MC has fitted replacements available. Either way, the gasket doesn't leak except where this one was worn/frayed a bit.
Grade: A-

Water pan - I wanted the stainless option, but it wasn't available from Smoke n Dudes when I took delivery. Pandemic stuff I'm sure. But I really would like to have less rust to worry about. However, this thing is solid, 5 gallon feeder too is a wonderful design especially for long cooks. I just wish the water pan was stainless on all models - at least the BX50 & 100
Grade B

Cooking chamber - The smaller BX25 is probably great for just about any large family. I opted for the BX50 stainless interior and do not regret that one bit. I sometimes cook 3x before scrubbing the chamber and the SS makes cleaning easy. The BX-50 comes with 4 racks. Using a double height shelf, each can hold 4 average pork butts easily. 12 at a time with a drip tray. I do wish the 50 came with a 5th shelf. I've had a bit of trouble getting one so far locally.
Grade: B+ (A with a 5th rack)

Firebox - Beefy metal.. Nice size for 12 hour cooks. Ash pan catches practically everything.
Grade: A

Overall: Its amazing.. A beast. Your kids will have it in their yards someday!

I can’t say enough good things about this supplier and the people who work there. I bought a Meadowcreek TS120 reverse offset. It wasn’t cheap but the knowledge of the person i dealt with sold me. I had it delivered to NY and the person (Matt) who came to set it up was ultra knowledgeable and super helpful while he was there as well as after he left. I made some custom requests when I ordered the smoker and they were all honored. I’m very happy with both the smoker and the staff at meadow creek. Next time i visit amish country i’ll surely stop by again.

I have purchased a Meadow Creek SQ36 offset, as well as a PR42 pig roaster, & I couldn't be happier with both. The SQ36 is, I believe, the best priced stick burner on the market. I only use wood splits when cooking on it, & nothing beats the "Q" it produces. The PR42 makes you look like a whole hog pro, from your 1st try. I got incredible support & detailed advice on cooking a whole hog on the PR from Matt, & my 1st pig (75 lbs.) came out perfect! You cant go wrong by joining the Meadow Creek family. I'm glad I did!

My family and I recently purchased a TS-120 for our patio. The whole process was seamless. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond, especially Matt on the delivery team. I can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them for all our cooking needs.

Stopped in the store for one item and everyone was very nice. Each person greeted us. As we waited in line they apologized for the wait and let us know they were short staffed. Everyone was working hard and very friendly and helpful.

We bought our Green Egg here and my husband has been obsessed ever since! This is his favorite place to go for accessories and the gentlemen working there are absolutely great to work with!! Very helpful and accommodating, especially with delivery (those smokers are heavy!) I highly recommend.

These guys are great. They were the second closest Yoder dealer to me but have a much better website. Drove 200 miles one way and they had everything ready for me to pick up. Highly recommend.

I was talking to a young man behind the counter and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professionally. He ever printed out a recipe and instructions for smoking a brisket. I spent months researching smokers. I decided on Yoder and this was the only dealer close to me. When I enquired about them, I got replies within hours of emailing them. When I placed the order, they delivered.

I had missed their open house discount because I had to travel for work. I sent them an email and they said they will honor the discount if I placed the order over the phone.

Shout out to Matt! He amazing. Made my experience with Meadow Creek amazing!

Staff both knowledgeable and very accommodating, and very courteous. I have dealt with them many times, and their products are well worth my 2 1/2 drive to get there.

It's worth the drive! If you love to bbq this is the place. I have purchased two Meadow Ceek units, tank smoker and chicken flipper. Also purchased a Ooni pizza oven. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the ordering and selection process. Quick follow up to every question asked. They only sell quality units! If you need pellets this is the place. Huge variety of different types at very reasonable cost. It's 66 miles from my home and the drive is always worth it. Wish I could give more stars.
