My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a polywood outdoor patio set. They didn't have the style we wanted on display so the Sales Manager, Marlin, went to their warehouse with his colleague and built it for us in under 30 mins. This allowed us to try out the set and see firsthand the excellent quality of the product. Marlin was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. We were blown away by the high level of customer service. We will be buying more furniture here in the future!

Quite a league operation in furniture making....I had them make a toy chest for us and it turned out great. The finish is perfectly smooth and made out of 100% solid oak wood.

Marlin worked with us to customize an amazing set of bedroom and dining room furniture and the result is the finest furniture we’ve ever seen. Marlin custom built a large live edge dining table for us that fits our room perfectly. The workmanship and design is world class. Martin’s was even able to order poly wood deck furniture for us that was hard to come by during a materials shortage. Through the whole process, they kept us in the loop exchanging photos and fabric samples, and arranging the most careful and convenient home delivery we’ve ever had. You can’t do better than Martin’s!

We have had a few pieces made here. The value is incredible- everything is handmade at this location.
Our first piece was purchased 10 years ago- a dining room table and chairs. It held up well to our growing family, but when it needed to be refinished we were charged a very minimal fee for excellent work.
Our children each have a small rocking chair with their name engraved, and we recently purchased bar stools.
We love the products and will continue to purchase here!

While staying at a nearby B & B, we happened upon Martins furniture and decided to just look around while waiting for our room to be ready. And we just fell In love with the quality of their handmade furniture. We already had a new table and chairs picked out back home but after seeing their work, we kept on talking and finally discovered that they could re-purpose our 27 year old farmhouse table that we loved. They reshaped, refinished it, added new legs and skirt and we purchased 4 chairs ...and the transformation was amazing. It is totally unrecognizable.
The quality of their workmanship is unparalleled and it was totally worth the 2.5 hour drive from NJ to Ephrata, Pa to get this quality at a fair price. I believe God brought us there to meet with Marlin and his family who treated us with such care and consideration. We are so pleased with our new furniture. See the before and after pics below.
