Dunkin'

The place was packed and I thought I’d never get my order. Surprisingly, it took no time at all. Nate especially took great care when preparing my things and made sure they got to me as soon as they were done. Really great service from him and the rest of the team this morning.

We always get vanilla ice coffee their great.. Far as food tired BF very good. Drive Thru are fast n very courteous.

They always make my drinks perfect . Everytime!!! My fav dunkin around.

Drive thru or order online. Coffee was good, food prepared as requested. Drive thru line was long in the am due to the lobby being closed. However the line moved adequately.

I go almost everyday before work. Never has a bad experience

Everything here is delicious!! I have tried so many of their donuts, a maple sugar bacon sandwich, their coffees, wake up wraps, stuffed bagel minis and many many more things!! They have such a nice staff and it is a cute tiny place for a quick breakfast!! Recommend this Dunkin Donuts location!! 🍩

I used to drive down to Spring Mills to get my Dunkin' fix, but this is so much more convenient! The drinks are always consistently delicious, which can not be said about all locations. There are times when the drive through line is very long, but I prefer going inside anyway. The team keeps the place spotless, too.

One of the few I've been too that was very accommodating to what I wanted. And the life hack of cinnamon toast crunch frozen latte was spot on and awesome.

Our server was excellent. At 900, they were already out of the doughnuts we wanted. She kindly apologized and persuaded us to try another type. The food, coffee, and refresher were excellent.

Fast in and out. Clean establishment. Friendly service.

I am a huge fan of this Dunkin’ and I believe it’s the best one in Lancaster PA. The staff here is always extremely polite and pleasant, no matter the time of day. The drinks are always perfect and the food is fresh regardless of when you order it. There is a Dunkin’ closer to my house who usually, due to location, has a shorter line, but I will go to this one instead purely for the service and loyalty of their team.

Great drinks today 7/2/18 but under staffed! Line out the door and waited to long! Dinning area a mess and bathroom! Trash bins over flowing I give 5 stars cause my drink was perfect!

The Dunkin Donuts on E Lincoln Highway in Lancaster is the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The employees at this location are totally awesome. Dawn leads a great team and consistently provides the best service ever. She addresses me by name in the drive-thru, knows my order before I order it and makes friendly conversation.

A lot of companies send out surveys and I'll admin that I do not take each and every one of them; however, I do make it a point to take the Dunkin surveys at the bottom of my receipt because I want to make sure the team is recognized for the great service they are providing.

Aside from the service, the qualify of coffee and food/donuts is great. The Iced Coffee is delicious, the donuts always taste fresh and the food is Veggie Egg White on a muffin is YUM! The only thing I wish that Central PA Dunkin locations would add back to the menu is the Apple Crumb Donut...I miss that donut so much!!! :)

Anyway, if you're in the area, check this Dunkin out. You won't be disappointed!

Been stopping at Dunkin and grabbing a dozen for coworkers for last couple weeks and they are only serving online orders and delivery in side story so yes the drive thru allways has a long line it isn't a horrible wait but word to the wise if it's not spur of the moment pre order online or u will be in line withe people like me 😂but there service is good this week I went and they surprised me after waiting in line ran out of 🍩 s. Only breakfast food and drinks so yes Dunkin runs out of their star item kinda disappointing but these are weird circumstances these days just have to keep it movein not the workers fault but just a suggestion to Dunkin when and if this happens in the future please put out a sign so customers get a heads up untill next time live.love.and eat alot and keep it 💯 always 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m new to this area and I chose that Dunkin’ Donuts always a pleasant opportunity going there the workers are always pleasant always respectful and get the order right on time thank you for the good job you do keep up the good work. 👍🏾

I always luv my Dunkin donutsonuts stuff. My favorite coconut with hazelnut, and Carmel iced coffee. I like to use my bonus free doughnuts thing when I fill out my survey and I dunt lose it grrr. Well I won't cheat on my Dunkin. They're popular for a reason 😁😋
