My families stay here was very nice! We were greeted by a staff employee during arrival at night who was helpful to the fullest. She made sure my reservation was in good standing and was tracking my hilton honors rewards. The room was very clean, and I couldn't overstay how valuable the privacy curtain was in our suite! Breakfast was good, and the location was in a great spot for food, shopping, and getting to our venues for activities! The only issue we ran into was that we were unable to use the sofa bed due to the linen for it being dirty. There was hair in it, as well as hair stuck to the bathroom door.

I enjoyed my stay at the Home2Suites! It was such a nice location, right on Fruitville Pike near all the shops, activities, and close to downtown. All team members were so helpful and kind. The hotel feels so new and clean. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at several locations. This stay was definitely in my top 3. I recommend this hotel for a short or long stay, it is close to route 30 and route 283. Pictured is the King Suite.

Been staying here for a month and a half and I cannot emphasize how great the staff if here. From the front desk to maintence and the cleaning staff. All great and have made my stay very comfortable.
The rooms are clean and the location is ideal.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Instead of trying to find someone to watch our dog for a night when our families aren’t nearby, we wanted to bring her with us while visiting Field of Screams. This hotel was so welcoming and pet friendly and even gave us a bag of treats for her. She’s a little nervous, so it was a great setup to be able to go from the elevator almost directly outside without taking her through a busy lobby.

The room was modern and very clean with a wonderful kitchenette. Fast check in and out using the app. Great location close to a lot of things and easy parking!

This is the face of a very satisfied customer - and her parents, too. Looking forward to staying here any time we visit Lancaster and will be looking at Home2 Suites in other locations when traveling.

It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were VERY clean. Friendly & helpful staff. My only complaint was the small shower w/ a shower head that was not very flexible at all. You either had to turn the shower head toward the wall or shut it off completely to be able to bathe. There were quite a few places to walk your dogs, but one designated area was impossible to use since it was completely covered with a bunch of bushes. My husband didn't care for the spiders that were hanging from the ceiling in the entranceway but my husband is rather tall, I am not so it did not bother me at all.

Great desk service, rooms are clean and updated, and the breakfast is very good.

Great experience overall.

The hotel was very clean and the hotel room was very nice. It had a full size fridge, hair dryer, standing shower, nice bed, etc. We felt safe and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to. There's a nice shopping center across the street that we would walk our dog to and we had dinner and enjoyed some live music. This hotel offered outdoor grills for guests to use and an outdoor patio area that had a fireplace at night. It was a very nice day.

We enjoy this hotel. We are 3 generations and the suites are large with room for everyone's needs. Plenty of places for things to get charged. Large table on wheels, that mostly goes under an open desk. For computer use or pull out for a meal. We used it for a board game, that we got from the lobby to borrow.

Let me start by saying we prefer the Hilton brand. This hotel didn't disappoint. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and thanked us for being a diamond member. The room was very clean and quiet! The breakfast was bigger than I expected with eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and a variety of bread items. The area was kept clean and well stocked. One morning there were no more eggs available but the kitchen staff offered to make a guest an alternative. The coffee was available all day/ night. It tasted fresh each time we took some. Room cleaning was not available but you could get fresh towels, and needed items daily. The hotel is centrally located near stores, restaurants and tourist attractions. The area was safe. The staff in each area were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel!!

Nice and clean rooms. The hotel is pet friendly and very clean. The beds are comfy. Unfortunately my wireless key never worked for some odd reason so that was annoying. The people at the front desk were nice and accommodating. They have a nice lil small market at the front desk. The elevator had "self cleaning buttons" which I don't believe at all. Lol. The location of the place is great right across the street from a large plaza with plenty of options to eat and shop.

The hotel is relatively new and easily accessible. It was very convenient to be across the street from a new shopping mall as well. It was a straight shot into the "touristy" area of Lancaster.
The elevators came very quickly every time we came.\
The kitchen facility in the room was very good, as was the full size fridge.
The shower always had a good flow of warm water.
As far as negatives, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was lacking.
The commode was low to the floor - this can be an issue for someone who is tall or has a bad back. One extra chair in the room would have been convenient. We had a studio suite with a king and pull out couch. As our teenage son had the pull out couch to sleep on, it was out all of the time and there was only one chair in the room - while I realize that space is limited, the extra chair would have been very convenient if both my husband and I wanted to sit to watch TV while my son was sprawled out on the pull out! :-) Technically, these are all minor issues and really did not affect our stay to the point where it would prevent us from returning. Overall, The site was clean and well taken care of.

Service was excellent when we checked in the guy was funny and very friendly. Great customer service, amazing room. Room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a couple night or even for a big family. The ambiance is very colorful and gives you a feel of being at home.

This place is nice and clean. Its a nice touch with a dispenser in the shower with shampoo and shower gel( the gel smelled wonderful). The couch is confrontable and I like how the room has two desks. The dishes and kitchen set up is nice and homey. The sink disposal kind of made me extra cautious tho. It's a plus for being dog friendly even tho I did not bring my dogs it is nice to have the option.

Very nice hotel. Exceptional location, with access to great food choices, shopping, and the highway. Hotel itself is new, modern, and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Only negatives would probably be that the bathroom didn't have a working lock (we thought that was odd; mechanism was there, but latch on door frame wasn't) and the walls were a little "thin" (You could slightly hear conversations, water running, etc.). Additionally, it was a little pricey, although that could be due to area inventory and economic factors. Overall, this is likely where we'll be staying for future visits to the area.

We were stationed here for a few days for work and it was great. Room was clean, modern, and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

So glad we chose this over the Hampton Inn. This area is much nicer, with Whole Foods and Starbucks across the street, Target and other stores. We loved the kitchen with large fridge and the movable large oval table that we pulled up to the couch to eat and watch tv. We didn’t eat breakfast which was over at 9am. Too early for us. We brought our own bottles of dish washing liquid and hand soap. The paper towels are provided but we brought a dish cloth to dry our utensils we brought along. We bought our dinners from Whole Foods and ate in our room. Nice walk in shower. The location is great for day trips. We were surprised that hardly anyone was wearing masks in this area. Oh we stayed in a king room on the hotel side opposite the pike so no noise. Well we would definitely stay here again. Note that this hotel allows pets just in case you are allergic. If you need room cleaning I was told to give 24 hours notice. This is not noted in the room.

This is an excellent hotel and well situated at major business district. The newness of the hotel and facilities including bedsheet, towels etc gave it a homely feel. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming.
