I always professional. Does a good job of repairing screens. Last time I smashed my screen, they did not have the screen and could not get it, for a Samsung Note 20 ultra. I don't think it's their fault necessarily but I had to go somewhere else to get a screen for my phone the last time. They always are willing to check your phone and do a diagnostic and see what's going on check the battery Etc and when I got a screen, they replaced the battery as well so I appreciate that.

All of my expectations were exceeded -- by a LOT! I could not have asked for anything more. Bill is wonderful technician who knows his stuff AND is a pleasure to speak with. All the work was done quickly and at a price that surprised me by how reasonable it was. I will definitely come here again, though, hopefully, not TOO often. Ha!

Brenden was amazing! Very patient with my son's phone as we were transferring info from his broken phone to his new phone. I didn't realize that they closed at 7 and at 7:40, Brenden was still working to complete the task due to the content transfer delay time and the issues with the broken screen. Ran my beautiful iPhone 14 Pro Max over with the lawnmower. I went to about 3 or 4 shady places in the area (including the Viewmont Mall) and was given some quotes as high as $500. Although uBreakiFix wasn’t able to repair my phone they gave me some incredible advice informing me with the frame broke a new screen wouldn’t seat properly. The other places just wanted to charge me regardless if it worked or not with “NO REFUND” signs hanging everywhere. Definitely professionals here that will get my future business *knock on wood*

They take their time, they don’t call you the same day saying it’s fixed or it can’t be. Good work takes time, unfortunately they don’t have a solder team and couldn’t repair my Xbox 1. But they cleaned it and found the main problem for free. Honestly how could you be mad. Great polite team. And cheaper to fix your phone screens there then it is at I-dropped. For iPhone X. 100$ for a new screen.

My wait time was 2 hours but there were others ahead of me. They were also training new people how to do the job. No problems with my phone. They did a great job and were very friendly.

Excellent quick screen repair with friendly staff. As soon as I submitted my insurance claim, they called and asked when I wanted to come in. It took one hour, no charge with Asurion.

Such an easy process and quick too! Had a brand new phone screen go out and they were able to fix it under warranty in about 2 hrs. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and answered a ton of unrelated questions (asking about various other repairs for different devices). Will definitely use them again if we need their services.

My experience here exceeded all of my expectations. I don't know why, but I went in expecting to have a frustrating experience, but the exact opposite happened. The person that took in my phone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about my device and explained in great detail everything that was included with the repair service. I was surprised to learn just how comprehensive it was for my Samsung device. It really made swallowing the price much easier.

They had it done in just under 2 hours as promised and it has been working like new.
