Excellent Customer Service. We drove out here from Phoenixville after our outlet didn't have my Daughters size in a ski jacket. They had one left, but it had some marks on it. I asked if they had any in the back and they checked, but no. The salesperson then went back again and produced some Shout wipes which helped a little with the mark. She then offered us 20% off if we wanted to take a chance and we agreed. She was so above and beyond helpful. PS Marks came off with a little soap and water at home, and got a great deal.

Some good items here at the Columbia store in the Tanger Outlets. I came looking for hiking shoes and was not disappointed. Tons of options tons of sizes and good service to go along with it. I wear a pretty large size shoe and sometimes the guys have to go to the back to find size 13 for me. We also found some nice shirts so nice clothing for when we're on the trails. Thanks again for the warm hospitality and I look forward to being back soon.

This is the nicest Columbia factory store that I've visited; even nicer than one I used to frequent in Colorado. The store finishes are bold and clean; there is a wide selection of clothing, coats, and accessories, and the sales associates were friendly and helpful. We found a good deal on a coat, so it was a successful visit! I recommend this store to anyone visiting Lancaster in need of outdoor clothing.

Great deals on there jackets! 21.99 for light weight jackets! They had a good variety of women's sizes today which is rare! Staff friendly.. I will go back!

Nice store. Waiting on more summer items. Mostly winter clothes right now. Still Columbia is good quality products. Very durable. I'd rather pay a little more for the use I get out if it!

Great store, good pruces. I seen many...and better technical gear than at TNF store. They stock many fresh styles and a great variety of shoes and boots. Columbia is not a "A+" brand name, but should be. This store represents a great contender for outdoor gear.
