Staff were very helpful and friendly. Merrell makes such great quality shoes. I continue to only buy my snow boots from them. Lots of other comfy shoes too.

Been wearing MOABs for years and you can get good deals here. Plus is Merrill has wide sizes.

We found a lot of good bargains in the store on Black Friday. They had buy one get one 50% off shoes, and a lot of stuff on racks in the back that were under $20 clearance. Called ahead and Jay was super helpful searching the store and gave me a heading for my visit. Once there Jay continued to help, with Josh joining in. Both were personally acquainted with shoe inventory and together helped me zero in on just the right pair + a 2nd at 50% off. Very satisfied dude over here. Thank you!

Update: 2 months later after working in the heat in traffic, my soles began to pull away. I brought the shoes back and Jay, super generously, let me exchange these. Wow, great customer service and consideration!

Found the hiking shoes I was looking for..has some really good buys that day.. kind of wish the store was a little bigger for more clothing other than that the lady working there was very helpful

The retail associates were great. Super helpful and just plain NICE. Was very grateful for the Tanger coupon I brought, to apply to my purchases. First time Merrell buyer. Bought the MOAB Vent. I think I will like them for the upcoming light hiking planned. Wore them twice so far. No breaking in required. Thank you Danielle, for your help and advice! I recommend a visit!

This is a wonderful store. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also like the fact that they carry bigger sizes, 13, 14 and 15 are regularly in stock! If you need some great hikers, dress shoes, sneakers, or slippers this is the place to go!

The 3 ladies at the desk very helpful. They didn't have my size so they called other stores and found them. Shipped them for free to me. However they couldn't give another shirt for the spend 50 get a shirt for 5. I loved the tee but they only had smalls...nice selection of foot wear

Just there ... staff very pleasant (manager super nice). I've been a Merrell footwear fan for a few years ... most comfortable boot I own. I wasn't aware that Merrell offered apparel. Yup! Bought a vest (love it). Will definitely go back. Thanks!

Just have to give a shout out to Tamara, the salesperson who helped me today. She helped me with a tricky return and I was able to order what I needed online then! So thankful for her help. She went above and beyond!

My partner uses Merrell shoes specifically for doing solar installation. We had no clue there was a store at Tanger. The staff was super friendly and we walked out with three boxes of shoes. Definitely going back!

Without a doubt the best shoe brand. Looking for trail, mountain, running or training shoe this is the brand to pick. Worth the extra dollars for the extra quality.
