My Quadra-fire Mt Vernon AE pellet stove quit working two nights ago. Yesterday I spoke to John at Dussinger's & today Robert came and repaired it! The ignitor needed to be replaced and my stove was dirty. Robert was super nice & did such a good job explaining everything. He repaired the ignitor, but also showed me how to clean it like I'm supposed to. My pellet stove is working again like new. Thank you so much!

2021:I called and got a voice message that their mail box is full and hangs up. There is no email listed. I have no choice but to call another shop.
UPDATE: Feb 2022: phone is disconnected. I drove to the shop and found it closed and empty. I suppose they are out of business.

After a month of trying to buy a stove we gave up. They wouldn't call us back, even after a consultation, we never received a quote to move forward with the purchase. Don't waste your time.

Place is closed on a Saturday when most people are off and Sunday you have to call to make an appointment? What's that about?
