AT&T Store

We were coming back to AT&T after trying another carrier. Latasha helped us switch and was friendly, knowledgeable, and SO patient. While we were there, customers continued to enter the store and she calmly supported us while helping her staff as they approached her with their needs. She found solutions at every turn like a true professional. We are so glad we encountered her!

Quasim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with me when I went in to have my account fixed.

Another employee at a different store had set up my personal account as a business account and incorrectly put 2 lines on an account meant for one. Quasim was able to help me resolve this issue quickly. The customer service here was excellent!

Cori was amazing! The store was super busy soon as they opened about 10 of us waiting outside. they were badly understaffed to help the waiting customers but she took care of me got me a great deal on a new iphone and iPad for my business! I asked to speak to the manager to give a review and found out she IS THE STORE MANAGER! Go see her you won’t regret it!

I needed to get info from one phone to another but needed passwords I don’t have at the moment! BRANDON sat down with me and went through each step to explain to me in understandable terms what was needed! Will get all info from my lawyer and come back to him! He was patient and amazing!!

I had an unusual, huge issue with my account being changed by an inexperienced employee at another location. Instead of just telling me to call 611, Corrina Berrios, the store manager, spent 1.5 hours resolving the problem, which I could never have accomplished on my own. Her kindness and her knowledge of the ATT system were amazing. This issue wasted time of two store employees and three different customer service persons on the phone for 1.5 hours. So inefficient. But huge thanks to Corrina and Latasha in Dickson City.

The manager Cori, at this location is unbelievable, I was having an issue with the ring up process and I was on lunch break from work and she literally offered to come down to my job finish the processs she went above and beyond her job she’s a irreplaceable asset to ATT

It has been a very long time since I met someone who is so good at their job that’s it is worth noting but Mariah is that person. I went to the store with my mother to ask about upgrades and she sat through every possible scenario with us, lowered our bill, got us deals we didn’t know existed, and kept us laughing and smiling the entire time. This girl is wonderful and probably deserves a raise.

The other employees and management I met (maria?) were so polite and everyone tried to make the experience as painless as possible. My mom couldn’t believe that anyone anywhere still provided customer service this well. They made it fun.

They got us right in, went through the process of getting myself and my son new phones, and I'm paying $40 less per month than Verizon. Very happy!

The people at this store are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly. Rasheem and Cori are the type of employees AT&T are lucky to have working for them. Whenever I need something, this is the AT&T store I choose to go to and I have choices. They are the best.

Taylor and Latasha went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had our phone that we had ordered on our account ahead of time for pickup. There was an issue with the order online (it was telling us it had been ordered twice and one was being shipped). We needed this phone because it was for our son’s birthday present and we don’t live nearby. There is also bad weather coming and we knew that would make it hard to come back as well as cause issues with it being delivered. We had email confirmation that our phone was ready to pickup but there was still a glitch somewhere. These ladies spent a lot of time and worked it all out in order for us to be able to go home with our phone in hand. They were sweet and patient and understanding. It was a pleasure and we are so thankful. Great job, ladies! Thanks for making our son’s birthday!

The customer service representative was awesome. I can understand every word that came out of his mouth. And he answered every question very well. Very lucky because the store was not busy, like it usually is. And I love AT&t services.

My boyfriend and I switched providers yesterday to AT&T and we had the nicest people help us. Everyone was helpful, polite & kind! The store was clean and they helped us with any questions we had. Taylor is awesome felt like I was with a friend not a salesperson!

Latasha and Christopher were incredibly helpful with assisting me with my billing issues, the representative from Sam's Club that set up our account had no business calling in and being rude to Latasha when she was the one who was helping me get the issued caused by them resolved in the first place. I highly recommend this store!

Mariah and crew were awesome!!!! They helped me switch to AT&T from Verizon (and tackled all of the issues doing so with ease). I would suggest anyone to come here and deal with these great employees.

I always dread going to the ATT just because I know it takes forever to get what I need done but the staff is always so friendly. Makes it a much better experience!

Shout out to Keegan and the crew. I came in with a tricky issue involving porting my new iPhone and Apple Watch from the numbers that were on T-Mobile from my son’s account (who lives in CA and had sent me the new phone.) Keegan spent time on the phone troubleshooting the issues with my son while he acquired a new porting access code which was only valid until 8pm. It was not a smooth or easy process but Keegan was extremely patient and kind. By the time we left…. Everything was working great and we felt like we had at least three new friends! Thank you so much!

I went to the store today to ask some questions about upgrading my iPhone 6s to a newer model iPhone. I had many questions but the associate who helped us, Kari, was super knowledgeable and helped us figure everything out super quick and easily. She was also able to upgrade our plan and save us money each month. Very happy with the service and friendliness of the associates at this store! Thank you very much! :)
