The Bistro Restaurant & Bar

This hole in the wall has an AMAZING and ambitious chef. The guy is young and is very clearly going to own a very popular restaurant in the future with how good the food he makes is. Everything is prepared fresh and he puts a lot of care into it and it is reflected in the taste. I can’t wait to see where he goes with the food, he has a very bright future ahead of him. DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT

Excellent Friday night happy hour from 4 to 8 pm. Half price on all drinks. And a half price food menu.

I've stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had the pleasure of having Kristin as my server for breakfast. She's very attentive, polite and bubbly. She makes great conversation and made the experience enjoyable. The food is excellent. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This restaurant is such an awesome surprise. We are here all weekend for New Year's Eve. The food is top shelf. The breakfast is gourmet. Cannot recommend this restaurant and hotel more. Thank you all for the great service and hospitality 👍

Kamika on the desk was fantastic on welcome.We understand she is new- she’s a keeper! The wait staff was great for both dinner and breakfast(the breakfast voucher with your room is a very good deal) Angie was very personable at dinner and Kristie was super helpful at breakfast. Great staff!

Cris and Amber were an absolute pleasure to be served by, food was good and convenient if you stayed in the hotel.

Stopped in for a meal traveling back to Canada on a business trip. It's in a Holiday Inn but don't let that deter you. Food was great, service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere. And they have pinball machines!

Food was good! I had a classic burger and bar chips. It was perfect! Highly recommended. Would stop in again if I wasn't just passing through.

The food came out fast and was amazing! The manager, Corey, even stopped at our table to check on everything. Kass and Amber were the server / bartender and they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!

My wife and I just had a very good meal and she had an excellent Mojito (the best she's ever had). Service was very good, atmosphere very good, not crowded, and clean. Amber took care of our ordering and drinks and did an excellent job. Kudos to her and the kitchen staff at The Bistro. We'll be back to taste more of their very good meals.

First time eating here, it was an excellent breakfast. Kristin was very polite, nice and friendly.

My second time there another great meal I had the 12 oz sirloin steak with blue cheese crumbles medium rare and two sides it was great . Cooked perfect also.
My wife had chicken fingers with honey mustard and she also liked her meal.
The service was excellent another great meal thank you!!

I stopped here tonight on my way to the airport and I will stop again when I am in town next! Excellent food and great service. Jen was our bartender/server and she was amazing! If anyone reads this before eating, ORDER THE FRIED PICKLES!!! Their Margarita is great as well!!

Everything my family had was fresh and delicious. We had chicken wings, burgers and Tuscany Chicken Sandwiches. Very nice bartender and a cool view of the surrounding mountains from the dinning room.
