O'Donnell's Food and Spirits

Everytime we're in the area, we stop here and have never been disappointed. The food is always top notch, and the service is always friendly and efficient. They also have one of the best and cleanest salad bars I've used. I highly recommend it.

I cannot say anything bad or even slightly disappointing about this place. The food was phenomenal and the service was superb. My steak was juicy and tender. The drinks were fantastic and our appetizers were delicious. The atmosphere of this restaurant was pleasant and welcoming. Our waitress was kind, funny and diligent in her work. At the end of our meal our cook came out to ask how everything was. It was my father's 60th birthday and they wished him a happy birthday. A very welcoming owner and business.

Wonderful little place, great atmosphere very friendly owned and managed by a mother and daughter team....food is unmatched anywhere in North east pa.....if you ever find yourself in North pocono stop in for a drink....guaranteed you'll be back

We live locally and I am sorry to say that we had never tried O'Donnell's in all these years, only because we do not like the bar atmosphere. Since O'Donnell's is presently open for take-out only, I figured it would be a good time to check them out. I went out on a limb ordering for the first time, not only for my family, but also for our out-of-town guests. We were all most pleased with each of our different meals. My scallops were perfect. A week later, we tried the buttermilk fried chicken which was super crunchy (but not uncomfortably so) outside, moist inside, and perfectly seasoned - not too salty. The Creme Brûlée Cheesecake was superb. We usually order out every Friday night and now look forward to seeing O'Donnell's weekly menu. The waitress (I'm sorry I don't know your name - yet) is super sweet, pleasant, and attentive. The second time I ordered, she even remembered that I had ordered for guests the week before. I requested a 5:45 pick-up and that is exactly the time it was ready. I do not feel the meals are overpriced nor do I begrudge paying for a quality meal which is exactly what O'Donnell's delivers.

Absolutely the best food in all of the Pocono's. Put that together with the best service and without a doubt the best restaurant outside of the city. The food is fresh and excellently prepared. The management makes you feel like your in a five star restaurant. Definitely call for a reservation so your not disappointed by a short wait, but a drink at the bar made by there outstanding bar staff will make you glad you had to wait. This place is not just a winner, it's a home run!

I had a wonderful sirloin steak, served perfectly rare as I asked, with wonderful garlic mashed potatoes. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a wonderful waitress. Although it was my first time there, my dining companion is a regular. I can definitely see why and look forward to going back again!

I have no complaints and was pleasantly surprised by not only the caliber of the food served (my wife had scallops and I had shrimp piccata) but by the outstanding service. Bonus is the owners are actually preparing the food for you. As a small business owner myself, it’s a pleasure finding out of the way places like these and supporting them.

If you like something different from run of the mill choices, Paula's featured dishes are always imaginative and delicious...D will make you a great cocktail while your dinner is prepared with attention to detail and flavor. These girls know what they're doing. Give this beautiful little place a shot, you'll be back.

Everytime we're in the Pocono Mountain region we have to stop at O'Donnell's for a good meal. The owner and the wait staff really make you feel like family. Food and drinks are top-notch and I would put up against any restaurant in the New York City area. You will not be disappointed.

perhaps my favorite restaurant in the area. the steak is so good, the soups are great, the atmosphere is welcoming.Go here and order the steak..its incredible.
the bar is friendly with a good selection of drink..this place is a treasure

I found o'donnells purely on the photos in Google and I have to say the food Is even better than the photos definitely an unexpected jem in a rural area. You have to try the 24oz steak Cooked to perfection
