Nice couple who own the place. Very friendly

The mat itself can definitely be a bit better. Esp more room in the waiting area..kinda have no choice but to wait in my car .. however at least i dont have to worry about. Strangers stealing my clothes bc they pay attention.

Overall, could be ran differently but I came here to wash/dry my clothes and that's what I got so not mad.

4.25 I paid for the bigger washer

* Majority of the machines aren't working properly yet never get repaired👎🏼You often have to learn by trial & error as to which ones are sort of working and which ones are just completely broken. Most aren't labeled either!
* Owners treat it more like a home than a legit business. They even COOK on-premises in a closet-turned-kitchen.
* The ladies are nice but the old guy who owns it is a loose canon who regularly yells and curses at customers 👎🏼

Rude owners very rude last night I want for the first time and they told me a don’t come back for no reason I should report them but I’m not just not ever going there people listen to me they are very nasty for me walking in and they ask me where I’m from then tell me I have to leave and she is Puerto Rican treating ppl rong for no reason
