I am so pleased with my experience!! I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to write one today. I had the best experience with Rosette Floral. I called and spoke to the owner. After I told her what I wanted, she put together a beautiful custom arrangement. The recipients loved the floral arrangement! This experience convinced me to always purchase locally instead of using the national companies.

I can confidently say that my experience at Rosette's was nothing short of exceptional. Joanne has won me over as a loyal customer, and I look forward to many more visits to her floral shop. She sincerely aims to please. She nailed my taste because she cares & takes the time to ask the right questions. Bravo to Joanne for creating such a remarkable floral destination!

Absolutely beautiful arrangement and fantastic service!! Joanne had called me early in the morning to let me know about substitutions that needed to be done and I was super appreciative that she did that. I've had bad experiences with larger flower delivery companies that would substitute with cheap flowers without letting me know (even though I paid for premium). So when Joanne called I was so happy and grateful. She took very good care to arrange something beautiful for my friend without compromising quality, even with some substitutions. I honestly cannot say enough about this shop. My family has been receiving their arrangements for years - each time more beautiful than the last. Yesterday (15 minutes before closing) I stopped by for a last-minute gift. Not only were they accommodating - but put together the most amazing arrangement. I used Rosette Floral to send a birthday arrangement to my Aunt. Joanne goes above and beyond to make sure her customers receive the best. She left me a message informing me she didn't have the exact colors of the flowers that were displayed on the website, and described what colors she had available and the types of flowers she would make the arrangement with. Then she upgraded my arrangement on her own dime because she felt bad she didn't have the same colors! My aunt received the arrangement and absolutely LOVED it! Would definitely recommend this floral shop to anyone and customer service is beyond amazing! Thank you again Joanne!

I recently ordered flowers for the funeral of a friend's sibling, and realized I made a minor mistake in the card I wrote. I called with the hope of getting this corrected, but I ended up getting so much more. The florist who helped me was truly wonderful, pleasant and kind in assisting me with my order. She also helped me in selecting something much more appropriate for the event, and helped give me guidance on best practices in the future for ordering flowers. I highly recommend Rosette Floral & Gifts for any occasion, as they truly care about doing what is right for their clients.

Have use Rosetta's for my Florist needs for more years than I can count, it doesn't get any better than Rosetta's. My daughters wedding the flowers/arrangements were phenomenal!!
I have called their on several occasions, not sure what to order, advice has always been right on target!!! Whenever I send something the recipients always ask where I was able to get such wonderful arrangements!!

Ms. Joanne of this small business is truly one of the kindest humans I have ever spoken to on the phone!!! I was late in ordering flowers for my Grandmother-in-law’s 90th birthday, and Miss Joanne hand-delivered the flowers to her despite the shop being closed for the day😭. I quite literally cried tears of joy and gratitude!! In these times, acts of kindness such as this are what our world needs for us all to remain hopeful and resilient.♥

Rosette Floral is the BEST flower shop in Northeast Pennsylvania! We have been using JoAnn for years, and she always makes sure the arrangements are exactly what we're looking for and delivered on time. Her flowers are high quality, and the arrangements are beautiful. She is also so nice and easy to work with, whether we're ordering in store or over the phone. I highly recommend Rosette Floral!

Rosette Floral did our wedding(2019). it was even nicer than we could have ever expected!! JoAnn was wonderful to work with, made everything so easy, so we were really able to enjoy our day.

I live out of town and ordered a basket for a sick friend and though she was out of the specific flowers I wanted she still created this beautiful creation. She even had it delivered the same day I ordered!!

I live many miles away from my momma and to find a good florist one that will listen and give you what you want is hard to find ......trust me I have been at this for many years .....the first time I used Rosette florist Dunmore I called because my mom was having surgery august 2020 (first time using this place , won’t be the last)I told her my mom loved the color yellow and gerber daisies ....rosette florist said I have a delivery for Gerber daises the next day I will make them fresh and beautiful I gave trust that she would I wanted a pick me up for my momma (she is my world) well when my mom got them she called me crying (my mom had just had a major mouth surgery) the flowers were absolutely STUNNING and fresh!!!! They lasted about 3 weeks ..... then fast forward to January 6 My mommas birthday today I called and not only did she remember me from August but remembered why I used her in August......also remembered my moms love of gerber daisies 🥰 I asked for flowers to be sent today I was thinking late in the day nope early morning so she could enjoy them all day long!!!! The bouquet she sent over to my mom today made my mommy cry again the pictures my mom sent are gorgeous!!! I could only imagine what they look like in person!! Rosette florist is not just a floral shop she pours her heart ❤ into her arrangements an truly cares for her customers wants and needs, I will only use her from now on when sending flowers to my momma .... she made my momma feel SPECIAL today!!!!!! Oh I almost forgot to mention she is such a pleasure to talk to and super easy to work with !!!!! I’m never using anyone else again for a P.A. Florist ....... ❤🥰❤🥰

I called today to see if I could get an arrangement for my wife before Xmas. What a beautiful arrangement, they did a great job. Will definitely use again. Service was so quick within 3 hours had it delivered.

I Needed flowers for my Aniversary. called Rossette Floral on a Friday one hour before they closed. They told to come in at 4 (they close at 4) and when I arrived they had put together the prettiest flower arrangement Ive ever purchased. They are flower artists. Thank you Rosette Floral
