Wonderful experience at this local Verizon! I originally went to Clark’s summit, which I found out was a third party after the fact. They scammed me out of three phones I returned with them, and the general manager Taylor, took her time reaching out to customer service with me to solve the issue. I originally was dealing with a gentleman, but when he realized what was going on, he immediately got the head person. She stayed with me until everything was resolved and apologized for something she did not cause. I felt truly valued, and my experience with this store, and the manager, is the only reason I’m keeping my family with the company. Thank you for all of your help!

Had to make the trip into the store because my son dropped his phone and broke the LCD screen. It was only a year old so I needed to know what my options were. They got me checked in right away and were quick to help. Steve was great. He took time to sit with me and explain everything because my brain was spinning with all of the information. He remained patient through my indecisiveness and understood my concerns. He answered all of my questions and stuck with me until I made a decision that I felt was best for me and my situation. The other reps were pleasant as well. Appreciate the care and guidance that was provided in helping me get through this unfortunate situation.

My grandfather and I had a great experience here yesterday. We switched over from Xfinity, who gave us so many issues and terrible customer service. Christopher was able to sort everything out for us and give us the best deals. Please ask for Christopher when you go here! He is truly the best! All of the employees are very welcoming and they know what they’re doing. We were able to get in and out. And Verizon’s internet works very well! 10/10 recommend Verizon and this specific Verizon store.

THE BEST!!!!! Will never go to another verizon other then the one in dickson city!!!! TIGUE WAS AMAZING! On September 31st 2023 he Helped me out got me what I wanted, with my trade in and new phone! He was very patient with me and my husband! Then October 1st went and added my hubby to my plan with a new phone with his old trade in!

I went on a Friday afternoon to get a new phone for my mom and had the best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. Christopher P. was friendly, funny, and considerate. He was so helpful and explained all the newest options Verison has to offer and what would best suit me. I never felt any pressure to get something I didn't want, overall I was (surprisingly) able to enjoy my experience here.

Nobody enjoys a trip to the cell phone store, especially for customer service issues. On a busy day, right before the Xmas holidays, they were well organized enough to get me in and out in a timely manner.

Scott took the time to transfer all my wife's stuff from her old phone to her newer phone. He even went to get a charger for the old phone,because it was low. He also told us about the new wifi that should be available in August. Real customer service with a genuine good attitude is very rare these days. Also, it seemed that everyone there didn't hate their job lol. You can tell the difference!

I ordered my new Samsung, and it was sent to me. I was instructed to back-up my data before transferring it to the new phone. I tried countless times unsuccessfully. Finally I went to Verizon Corporate on Scranton Carbondale Hwy. Abdullah was very patient and helpful. He said the old phone was probably damaged internally. He worked around the problem and transferred most of my data to new phone. When he wasnt sure how to do something on the Samsung, he asked his coworker who uses Samsung. All the sales people were helping others and seemed friendly. I'm very pleased and grateful with the service and help I received.

Busy place, looks like everyone was being serviced to their satisfaction. Just needed a new sim card, greeted at door, took my name, confirmed my prior phone order was handled, waiting a few minutes, got my item, left. Pretty quick for a busy day, thanks!

I go to this Store Because their a licensed Verizon Store. The Staff are knowledgeable and Helpful. When ever I've had a problem. My Phone speaker broke, no one could hear me, The Verizon Representative looked at it, and I'm getting a new one Next Day 💜. That's better than i got from the tire Guy trying to get a flat Fixed.. That's All I have to say about That..

Easy access and a smart manager. Thing is seem irritated by stupid questions. Counter employees are ready to help once you enter. I enjoy the services.

Went in to discus some things about my plan, and to inquire about a smart watch. I was helped by Steven and he was great. Very detailed in explaining things. I walked out with the answers I needed and a brand new Samsung watch 3. Thanks Steven!
