I just purchased a vehicle from Carvana and needed to get an inspection done in 10 days. I heard good things about Pep Boys, and everything I heard was right. Patrick was awesome as our tech, he had great customer service! He even gave us a free appetizer card. Service was quick and valuable. Would recommend to come here for inspections.

Recently traveled to Scranton, PA and blew a tire along the way. It was late in the day and it was near closing time for the local Pep Boys. I called the service center and they were kind enough to wait for me to have my vehicle towed, using the Pep Boys towing service, and have the tire changed out and replaced with a new tire. The service attendant and technician were both very friendly, patient and accommodating. Really appreciate it!

I needed a new battery on a Saturday. The only shop I found that was neither closed nor about to close for the day was Pep Boys in Dickson City, Scranton. It was the best service I have gotten from any big name auto repair shop. Nice people, curteous, classy. The waiting area is nice, clean, with complimentary coffee, water tv, and wifi. I did not have to wait much. Darren Lupole, the Service Manager, was an absolute gentleman. He went out of his way to explain everything, give me options, even demonstrate solutions. He never let me feel rushed and was genuinely honest in his assesment. I am extremely impressed and grateful. The other employees also were very curteous and amicable. Will definitely be back.

I had a long trip on a snowy day out of state when I realized my tire was deflating. I stopped to get air but it did not resolve my issue. I searched for a place that would change a flat tire to a spare and came across this Pep Boys location. They began working on my tire within minutes of my arrival. They not only repaired my tire but put air the other three. They were friendly and efficient. I felt bad keeping them there in a snow storm but they came through for me and made sure I was safe to get on the road. I highly recommend this location!

Everyone was awesome!! Online scheduling was fantastic as well! Patrick at the desk was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be buying my tires from here now on!

We had to limp into this place on our way from Vermont to Florida, after my vehicle’s brakes went after a shoddy repair by a different shop just the day prior. Darren was extremely understanding and compassionate and assured me he would do everything in his power to get us safely back on the road.

To our surprise, the repair was done in less than 1.5 hours, even though they were busy. The repair job was excellent and the service was amazing.

If I lived in the Scranton area, I would only ever bring my vehicles here.

Although they weren’t able to help fix the problem with my tire, they didn’t press me to purchase a single tire which was out of my budget. Great Big Thank You to Patrick and Bobby. You guys are Awesome.

I was left with a last minute issue of needing tires, and went on the website to make the appointment which was available on the same day. Spoke to Jerry at the Dickson City location and he was very friendly, to the point, and helped me to get everything set up for the appointment. Would highly recommend!!

I brought my car in to have a major repair and an inspection in August. I went to several other mechanics who were overpriced. Pep Boys were honest, charged a fair price, and even covered the cost of a driver service home & back while I waited . I am very pleased with the work that was done. I passed Pep Boys every time I shopped at Aldi's or Wegmans and never thought to go in. I'm very happy I did. I know where I'm having all future car repairs done 😏

Pep Boys of Dickson city is a great location . Bob went above an beyond to help me with a card issue on a new account. Was very pleased and will definitely refer this location to friends and family !

Had two visits with them, one of them took a lot longer than expected but the 2nd visit went really and had very good customer service.

As usual Pep Boys did a great job with the PA state inspection and oil change. We even got to use two different coupons.

Great job guys I call asking if they have the tires I need 225/55r17 they said yes I go over and less then 30 minutes I have the new tires install for a very good price..... quick without making a appointment

I made an appointment for inspection and had no difficulty getting through or obtaining a next day appointment. The shop is clean, workers were efficient and quick. Finally a great place to bring my car. I will definitely be using this PepBoys again. Especially if Patrick’s here.
