MARTIN'S

I had a busy week and did an online order for pickup. Ian was the employee who helped me with this and was there to put it in my car. Everything was correct and he was very friendly and did an excellent job. More employees should be like that.

Superb grocery store. Fresh food and vast selection. Courteous employees. No recycled expiration dates. Meat is always fresh.

I just picked up my daughters birthday cake and it’s even better than I thought. There was a little mix up with cupcakes I ordered a week before but today when I picked up her bday cake there was a gift card for the cupcakes ! I wasn’t expecting that but I really appreciate it ! This is why I shop at Martins ❤

I Love this Martins, it's clean, the employees are nice and all the cashiers are awesome. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was at this store. The produce and meat are fresh and not outdated. It's very rare if you go to this store and something is not on the shelf.

I've ordered Martin's Direct three times. Every time I've always had the pleasure of having Ian bring my groceries out. He is super friendly and polite. Just had to give him a shout out :)

I have always had good experiences at this store, but today the employees were especially friendly and helpful. While the north Hagerstown location tends to have a wider selection of items, the shopping experience at this location is more relaxing and you’re more likely to have positive interactions with people. Our cashier today, Bonnie, was very friendly and accommodating to bag items using my reusable bags, and she even separated the cold items! Shopping at this store makes grocery shopping less of a chore.

My wife does alot of shopping here and she tells me she likes going to Martin's for the deal's but they are getting harder to find. I'm sure Martin's is trying to keep the prices down but some things are going sky high. I'm really hoping Martin's will start saying enough is enough and fight to bring things back in to perspective on prices. I know something's are out of there control. But still we find Martin's a good place to shop.

Clean and employees are welcoming considering we're new living in pa. I didn't feel like a stranger. They talked to me like we knew each other for years. Never had a problem with anyone not even other customers. They have a nice selection. I was able to find what I needed and leave in a matter of 10 minutes.

Awesome!! the staff is amazing, I was trying to find the prime drinks and they took the time to help me find them. I’m glad they are back they have variety of everything. Highly recommended to shop here!!

Martin's is the best local grocery store for general groceries. The Hagerstown (north end) location is the best though.

Great prices! Nice employees! Nice grocery store that isn't far to travel too. They have excellent employees and I love their pick-up! The pick up employees are always exceptional. I had awful experiences with Walmart pick up , so I tried Martins. I will never go to Wal-Mart again! Martin's is the best and I won't go anywhere else for pick-up.

Great selection! Bakery and deli are my favorite. Store is clean. Plenty of self checkout lines as well as regular lines

Good quality food and prices

This store no longer carries the Friendlys Icecream Brand it was discontinued. Searching for Butter Brickle ice cream ALL OVER AGAIN.

Nice smaller size grocery store. Has deli, bakery, meat dept. All the normal grocery store items. Has a self serv hot food bar. Friendly employees. Some prices are a little high.

I always shop here. For the most part, the shelves are always stocked and the prices are usually pretty good. The store is always clean and the employees are usually always willing to help.
