We just had a wonderful experience with them for my brother in laws funeral. Jordan was phenomenal. Very polite & detailed in every aspect.

My Father In Law passed away 6/23/2008 and my Mother passed 2/8/2009 and Bowersox's took care of the services for both. Very compassionate. Professional. And helpful. It's hard to think things through clearly, but they understand that and make the process as painless as they can! Thanks Jim (and Jeremy) for being so awesome :-)

DID A FINE JOB AT THE SERVICE AND TOLD ME HE WOULD GET THE DATE ON THE STONE ,NOW I CALL AND ASK WHEN AND THEY RUN ME AROUND TELLING ME "I WOULD GET IT DONE " . IF I HAD I WOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT AWAY .I LOVE MY MOTHER AND I WAITED PATENTLY FOR THEM TO HAVE IT DONE THIS BRINGS UP SO MANY SAD MEMORIES . WHAT REALLY DRIVES IT HARD IS HOW I WAS DISMISSED ON THE PHONE AFTER THE MONEY WAS IN THERE POCKET .5 STAR SERVICE -5 FOR FINISHING THE JOB LIKE WAS AGREED .

Worst ever. Ma4/de sure they took my money on 12/30/21. They told me nothing would happen unless I paid. Here we are 4/25 and no word about the memorial whatsoever. Love places take money and not action. Worst place ever. They should call. Marker should have been placed by now.
