TranquilaTEA Tea Room and Gift Shop

Of the many Tea Rooms that the women in our family have gone to, over the years, this one was the best, by far. The perfect Tea Room experience. We had reservations for four and they were ready for us. They gave each table a time limit of an hour and a half in order to accommodate the ones with reservations after us. That was plenty of time to relax and enjoy without rushing.The food, and the staff, and the set-up, everything was Top-Notch. The food is unique and delicious...seems homemade. The selection of Teas is fantastic. The place has two rooms for use and both were full. We loved that they had had a selection of hats for those who wanted to wear one. They also have a nice selection of cute things to satisfy the shopping gene....including the different Teas. I will say that the web site does not do the place justice at all.

This place is amazing. There's nothing like it near me, I visited while traveling. Most tea places are stuffy and you cannot bring your children. This place was calm and adorable and a great way to spend a couple hours. The tea and scones are divine. I have since started buying the tea online and as gifts for friends. Highly recommend this place. Stop by for a tea reservation absolutely but also purchase from the online store. I love the peach apricot decaf tea and am so excited to try the caramel brulee tea!

Very sweet little tea shop. Cozy atmosphere. Fun environment. Lovely and kind staff. Didn't mind me taking my time (it was sweet of course!). The tea assortment and flavor is truly exceptional. The shop attached is so much much fun. Will hope to return in the future!

Really great experience here having tea. They have nice little finger foods and lots of tea to choose from. The tea is bottomless and you can try as many different teases as you would like. The workers were also extremely friendly and kind and very welcoming to us. I definitely recommend you coming here if you are looking for a tea room.

Absolutely gorgeous tea shop! The food was great; I especially LOVED the scones! So good! The experience was lovely! The sweet waitress found out it was for my sister's birthday so she came out with a cute cupcake with a candle! My sister loved it! I gave five stars because that's what it deserves! Would recommend to any lady who wants fancy high tea!

Love this teahouse, I come about once a month for the Queens tea. A fantastic selection of teas, all the sandwiches, soups, and baked goods are homemade and delicious. Excellent service. I took my mother here and she loved it too. A true treasure for Southern PA.

We have been going here for a couple of years and always love it! We bring family and friends here when we are in town and they are always impressed. We have done a few tea services at other tea places and non compare to this! Highly recommend making a reservation and enjoying their wonderful tea, food, atmosphere, and friendly service! The Queen's tea was delicious. The Peach Bisque was really good. Loved that we were able to try different teas. The atmosphere was excellent. Quiet & peaceful with lovely tea sets adorning the rooms. And the servers were attentive & friendly.

This was a totally unexpected surprise in the heart of Waynesboro! We have traveled to several tea houses around Asia, but nothing ever as delightful as this. This is a British style tea party including scones and dinner sandwiches. Bring your daughter and she will instantly up her tea party game! We will return again and again!

This is an adorable tearoom located in the very quaint town of Waynesboro. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend a visit soon!

I always enjoy having high tea here. Their portions are just right! It allows you to enjoy tasting everything and not feeling like you've overdone!

Wonderful tea room!!!! Victorian decor, great tea & food. We went here for the Mother's Day Tea. It was fabulous! Nice gift shop too.

Can't say enough of good things about this tea room. Food was great, the gift has a wonderful selection of tea related items and staff was so friendly. Highly recommend this establishment. You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing tea room experience today. I ordered the Queen tea . The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was Holly. She was helpful and knowledgeable with tea recommendations. Definitely returning.

Wonderful little tea shop. We made reservations for 4 and were seated right away. Great customer service. You get to choose which tea you would like from an extensive menu and a little pot arrives. There is a warmer next to each place setting to keep your pot warm. We ordered the Queen for lunch which consists of soup, scones with cream and curd, finger sandwiches, and little deserts. Charming gift shop as well.

Wonderful tea room! I take my mother here for special occasions, such as her birthday or Mothers Day. She loves it and I must admit I do too. The food is delicious and the service is always excellent. My daughter is now old enough to come, and she adores having a fancy tea party with the "grown-ups!" They do a great job of accommodating for her too.

Took my wife and mother-in-law as a mother's day gift. Take some time to look at the online store to see their selection of teas because there are a lot. The food is incredibly tasty, and well presented, the portions look small but are very filling. I don't know if I missed it on their website or not but the teas are served both hot and cold. The staff there were very busy yet still felt like they were taking the time to help and accommodate all of the customers there which was nice. The final thing I have to say doesn't apply to my experience as much but it was very cute, they keep an assortment of fancy hats that a few little girls were trying on while having their tea party. The whole experience was very nice.

Great tea, great food, great atmosphere! This is a great place to go if you are interested in trying new teas and you can buy anything that you try from the gift shop.
