Quickly in, good communication, CT scan is there for diagnostic. I was extremely nervous with getting an Iv and the lady there tonight was an absolute beast. While I was in pain they had a fairly busy night and had me in and out in 3 1/2 hours.

I went to the ER at WHS Greene with abdominal pain.. I knew I had the symptoms of appendicitis so I wanted to go in and get it ruled out. Everyone was so nice and took great care of me while I was there. They were able to confirm that I had appendicitis and transfer me to Washington for my surgery. But I was very impressed during my time there. WHS Greene is so important to our local area by being the only hospital in Greene County and one of the largest employers in the county. We rely on this hospital to provide care for those who can't go anywhere else and to put money into the pocket of those who work there. Thank you. It's not a level 1 trauma center and never will be. But it's a resource and an asset all the same.

The staff and nurses as well as the nurse/practitioner did a very good job and my wait was very short. I am satisfied with the work that was preformed.

Best care. Staff very professional and they really care about the patients. The staff at Washington Main could learn a lot from the folks at Greene.

My experience with the hospital staff was very positive. Nurses, Doctors and the rest of the staff almost never get to experience folks at their best...yet they move professionally from one negative encounter to the next...voluntarily.

I had an EKG, a stress test, and a thousand or so blood draws (estimate, don't hold me to it). Everyone was very positive and kind, and I appreciate that very much.

Often, folks think the hospital is simply trying to squeeze every possible revenue stream from us...when they are doing "due diligence". If you are like me, and I hope you aren't, you neglect medical care until it's urgent. Don't.

Thanks to everyone on the 3rd floor for putting up with me.

Arrived @ ER door. Had to a speak to the hidden person through a speaker. The nurse came out in a second with a wheelchair. Check in and to an exam room took only a few minutes. Off to xray and the doctor was in with the results. The PA/Nurse Practioner was in to put a splint on. The nurse was in with crutches and out the door we were sent. Quick service. The nurse didn't set the crutches up correctly and we almost fell in the waiting room. We had to walk out of the ER DOWN THE RAMP TO THE CAR. NO WHEELCHAIR WAS OFFERED. We kind of felt like we were a bother to the nurse. The rest of the visit was very expedite.

I have chronic asthma and ended up at this hospital, they treated me amazingly good. They gave me the same medicine that I have had before at major hospitals the nurses were very efficient and I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room. Thank you all for the good service.

I give this place 2 stars because they may keep you alive in a pinch. Their billing is horrific as they have begun outsourcing this function. They are incompetent and don’t truly care if they get it right or not. They bill the wrong people and then claim they didn’t know. Even though I gave them the right info several times. They claim they can’t call out to talk directly to the insurance. What kind of garbage is that? I will drive 60 miles to go to morgantown instead of any Washington health system facility. They simply don’t care about their patience. If they did, they wouldn’t put them through all of this aggravation after having needed medical help. Hire someone competent please.

Have been sitting in the ER for 2 1/2 hours waiting on results of a CT Scan. The reader is obviously taking a nap on duty. Shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours. Worst experience ever. Get a new radiologist!!

A lot of the staff is unprofessional and rude, patients are often rude and complaining, bad atmosphere for a hospital. However, I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff that was doing procedures or anything like that.
