United States Postal Service

Everyone has gripes with 2021-era USPS, but this location is everything I'd expect from a post office. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't send postal mail super often, but everyone at this post office has been helpful whenever I have a question about something slightly more complicated than sticking a stamp on an envelope.

4-23-2020...The two ladies working behind the counter today were just awesome ! I needed some information on shipping and also needed some change and they were happy to help me out ! Great customer service ,Thank you ladies for your assistance today !

I visited the office today and even though we are ALL required to wear a mask in Pennsylvania because of the covid19 epidemic, the two postal workers behind the counter were not wearing any.

They are bad about getting my mail out of my mail box that needs sent out I have had the same 2 letters in my mail box since Friday they don’t even touch it they just put the new mail in front of it this isn’t the first time we had to deal with this either

I live in Ruff Creek. I shop online quite frequently normally I get lucky and have FedEx or UPS delivery but when I buy and anything ships through the United States Post office it's pretty much a guessing game I can watch the tracking where it'll sit in Waynesburg or in the mail car for 3 or 4 days it's pretty pathetic. I had two deliveries today one was left in the mailbox the other says was unable to deliver to the mailbox. Two small packages not sure how they could access for one but not the other

They skip days often. Ive had my check stolen when trying to pay bills and leaving it by the mailbox like a normal person should. but after 2 days of no one doing their job it got stolen and i still havent received my parcels that were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago thats sitting im wayneshirg usps.

Edit, this is the literal day after i wrote the review, usps still hasn't delivered anything to my apt for now 3 days, and everyone had expected deliveries 2 days ago.

Do yourself a favour, ups and fedex are on time, cheaper and have much better service.

This is the second time I shipped to waynesburgh Pennsylvania through usps and for the second time my items showed up missing last time I sent eye piercings first class envelope they denied compensation you can tell the envelope was ripped open on the side they claimed it was the machine ate it I know what it looks like when the machine eats an envelope I was an employee of the postal service 5 years.
And today they delivered part of the box I sent it was cut by a box cutter they delivered just the part of the box with the label.
Someone is obviously stealing stuff either a clerk or the courier I shipped 6 boxes all the same to different states everyone got theres except the waynesburgh post office for the second time I opened a claim and will be calling postal inspectors/police in the morning obviously there is theft going on in that office you can't lose 2 items going to the same person in less than 2 months.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, not only did usps mark it as delivered but they also refused to show up and do their job the other 3 days. They still haven't delivered a single piece of mail to my apartment building which is located RIGHT BESIDE USPS WAYNESBURG. I've been late on my wpp bill once already solely because it arrived a week after it was supposed to arrive therefore my check never got delivered on time. Usps is a disgrace. Ups & fedex, waddup.

I moved from one apartment to another. I have not received any mail until I left a note on Friday. Finally got a piece of mail. Haven't received my monthly bills. This is the second time my carrier decided not to deliver it.

My postal carrier is rude, never delivers my packages, and complains that I order too many things. I never get things I pay to expedite on time even when I am home. He marks items as not able to deliver before he even gets to my home.
