Burns Orthodontics

I started going to Burns Orthodontics for treatment when I was 19 years old. The team there is always so nice and supportive. They’ve never made me feel uncomfortable being an adult patient and truly have helped me build a new confidence. They really are the best of the best!!!

We love the office staff! We go to the Waynesburg office and no matter who we see, we always have a pleasant experience. Dr. Burns always takes the time to listen to my daughter and make her feel comfortable.

I went for a consultation almost 2 years ago, when I walked in to get my braces yesterday it was like my consultation was just the day before! And ALL of the staff make you feel welcome, such a calming environment! I’d recommend anyone to go here!

This place rocks! They are awesome here! The location is convenient and like 2 blocks away (BONUS). The office is spacious and inviting with modern decor inc. ample, comfortable seating areas (in both front waiting room and a small seating area in back) and a bright, clean, fresh simple color scheme that’s perfect for a professional office. The best part and what caught my attention immediately was the cleanliness of the entire place. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and floors as well.

The staff couldn’t be any better. These gals are professional, but also at the same time, personal too. They all handle themselves in a very impressive patient and caring Professional manner. You feel welcome there and not awkward. The entire staff is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They are all friendly faces always smiling and happy. My son tries to give em a hard time every appt but I remind him of what privileges are at risk if he tries too hard. They are super cool!

This place exceeded my expectations and I've Not one complaint or con to report. This is the best doctors office I’ve been to ever. They definitely know a thing or two about this business. Great Absolute fantastic place!

They always treat you nicely and show interest in their clients. You're not just a number. My daughter has her braces for another year yet I've already seen great improvements. She likes being given the choice of band colors and in her words, "I like how the office smells."

I could not be happier with the results after going to Dr. Burns Orthodontics. The staff was always extremely polite and made sure I was comfortable during all appointments. The assistants explained what adjustments were being made before and while performing them, and continuously checked to make sure I was alright. Additionally, the kindness of Dr. Burns was always apparent. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Burns Orthodontics for any orthodontic need.
