Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

I went into this Polo outlet yesterday looking for a specific type of shirt. Stacy and Nick were quick to greet me and were both a huge help. Stacy went as far as ordering me a certain color shirt that was not in the store and Nick went and found another one they had in store that I did not see. It is a wonderful environment and I will continue to shop here because of how great everyone there is.

When we are in the area, my wife needs to go to Ralph Lauren. There are many good deals, and we always leave with a bag or two.

Can use a little more variety for big and tall

They’re really nice here. We weren’t dressed in anything special today and they still treated us nicely. Sometimes nice stores aren’t like that, so it was great. We ended up buying some things.

I visited this location on 12/27/21 to find a sweatsuit for my boyfriend, since we didn’t have any luck at the Arundel Mills location. They didn’t have the hoodie in his size, but had the pants, so a sales associate helped us place an order for the hoodie and we purchased the pants in the store. By the way, the store is clean, easy to shop and well stocked - especially surprised about the stock since Christmas had just passed.

About a week later, I realized I hadn’t received a shipping notification and called the store to check the status of my order. I believe the sales associate who answered was Brooke. Brooke was awesome! She let me know that the hoodie was just sitting in limbo waiting to be fulfilled due to low inventory. She offered to call around to a few stores or cancel the order.

Long story short, Brooke called around, found the hoodie, I received an email with the receipt from the store and the hoodie was received a few days later. Thanks Brooke for the awesome help!

Good sales and selections

We went shopping looking for spring outfits. They had a good selection. Everyone was nice.
