Pharmacist is awesome dude. Phone in help not so muc . Lazy at best.

C.V.S. LOST A GREAT PHARMACIST WHEN Chuck left. He was always very helpful and friendly. I worked with Chuck many years ago and he was just the same then as now. Chris is a wonderful tech. She is always friendly and smiling. She has never ever been rude or noncaring with me. I miss Chuck, very helpful.

The Pharmacist is VERY unprofessional, rude , arrogant , egotistical, lacks people skills .. drastically!! I hear him referring to my husband as “the all powerful (insert husbands name “ a couple times, and not in a friendly , joking manner ..I ask are you referring to my husband as … he says yes and laughs .. I ask why are you doing that .. he says .. “isn’t that what you referred to him as “ I reply .. absolutely not .. not once did I say this .. he laughs .. says “oh , why not ? You don’t want it going to his head ?” I reply .. no , why would you do that .. he continued to laugh even after I let him know he absolutely isn’t being funny and it’s absolutely not humorous! I have NEVER Experienced such gross , unprofessional behavior at a pharmacy or from a pharmacist ever ! But maybe he just needed a snickers bar and definitely needs some people skills refresher courses ! The young lady trying to assist me was running into issues while assisting me .. he had a very obvious arrogance and demeaning attitude towards that situation as well ! It’s clear why there’s always different techs rotating in and out of there ! Who hurt you sir ? Go handle that so you can do better and be better !

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The old grey haired woman with messed up teeth is a menace. I just got new insurance that I needed to be processed. She pulls me up and starts telling me my address is in Virginia. I tell her it is not. She gives me a crazy amount of attitude and asks if I have ever lived in Virginia. I said not sense I was 10 years old. She has me repeat this several times. Then she has me repeat the zip of my new address THREE times while talking over me. She slams my paper down and points at the wrong address saying it not linked to my new insurance , when I already gave her my new one, throws my card back at me , and tells me my insurance isn’t working and I need to figure it out. GO TO RITE AID. The only thing they needed was my group rx number. Everything else on my card was correct. Rite Aid CALLED THE INSURANCE FOR ME as pharmacy techs are supposed to do, instead of throwing my card at me and telling me to “figure it out”. My address was correct and my insurance was active , which the cvs woman tried to tell me it was not. This place has now lost yet another customer bc of this woman.

The pharmacy at this CVS is terrible! The store it self is good though. Please go somewhere else in Waynesburg! Unless you like prescriptions to never be filled on time or to never be able to get ahold of a actual pharmacist or tech over the phone if needed. Also any other pharmacy that has to order a medication in it takes 1 to 2 days. Not here 4 to 5 days. Then they blame it on their computer system and say it is out of their hands and they can't do anything about it. They constantly have different techs for what ever reason idk. They are also rude most of the time. The only good thing is the Main Pharmacist Charles he is a great guy. Always happy and in a good mood. He is great at answering any questions. Wish he worked there all hours they were open. Otherwise I wouldn't be transferring my prescriptions. There is 1 tech who has been there awhile the only one who has been. She is very judgemental about people on controlled meds. She always has snide little comments or remarks about them. Also since they are controlled they can only be filled at certain dates as some know. So while the computer will literally say it is time to be refilled she will get a calander and count the days on her own lol! She is a true KAREN LOL! I will not use her real name on here as much as I would love to. Oh to heck with it her name is Chris! She is a mean old battle axe. The only reason I didn't transfer sooner is becuase my insurance would only alow me to get my scripts at CVS. But in short go to a different pharmacy there are many others in Waynesburg.

They don't care that people are sick and can't come in to get their medicine.the one lady that works there named Chris is rude and don't care that anyone is to sick to come in to get their medicines.
