DXL Big + Tall Outlet

My experience today at DXL Lancaster, PA. was absolutely wonderful. The store was neat and well organized. The isles were uncluttered, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. A huge part of the positive experience was an Associate named Kiersten Klink. She immediately greeted me, yet gave me my space and did not hover. She was immediately available when I had questions and definitely enhanced the quality of my trip to your store. Kiersten was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I will most certainly seek her out any time I visit the store.

It is so wonderful to find a store that has clothing that actually fit my son! Really disappointed that they closed the one in Harrisburg. We willingly drove 45 minutes to get to this store!

Great store for tall and large men. Nice shirts, pants, and casual attire. Was there looking for a coat but the styles didn't seem to please the Mr. I thought the store had great selection and style. After Christmas sale was on.

I took my grown autistic son in there the customer service was super fantastic they worked with him they helped him match clothes found out what he liked the pants that I got was only $65 and I got him a beautiful button-down long-sleeve shirt and he looked fantastic. I don't think their prices are overpriced I love this store I can't wait to shop there again for my son. Couldn't be happier

Went there on my birthday to pick up a few shirts for myself. The associate was very professional and helpful. When I told him it was my birthday, he gave me $15 off my total. They didn't have to do that.

Very helpful and friendly associate. The store had poor cell service, and I could not pull up my coupon, and he still gave

I went into the store for the first time buying a suit. Zack helped me and he was a great salesmen. I had no clue what I was looking for or anything and he hooked me up. Thank you Zack for the great service and wish there was more people like him that work at retail stores

The Salesmen that helped me were great. I had very little time, and would have forgotten several items, (socks, undershirts, belt, etc) had they not talked to me. What a great experience. It was very nice to have that kind of customer service in todays world. They made me feel important. I walk in and they took care of the rest, and I left with everything needed. THANK YOU!

The store is really clean, well organized and the associates were always ready to help and answer questions but also left me alone when I just wanted to browse. This was big for me as I despite having an associate follow me around when I just want to browse and be left alone.

I'm giving this store five stars I had one the best experiences today with their top-notch sales team. I wish I could remember their names to give them a shout been out. They worked really well with multiple customers, and they worked well as a team. I am difficult to fit and I was desperate to walk out of there with a pair of jeans. I was frustrated because I had tried on three or four jeans that I was interested in but the fit was just wrong for me. Finally I decided to talk to one of the guys working and he explained to me that each of the companies has a different sort of approach to fit. I told him what I didn't like about the ones I had tried on and he went straight to another table and pulled out a pair of Lee jeans that fit the bill 100%. It's really nice when people working in a retail store really listen, are knowledgeable, and are there when you need help.

This was our first time at the Lancaster location. The gentleman was very helpful and courteous as my mom and I searched for the different items on our lists. We will definitely be stopping there when we travel there again.
