Everyone has aalways been so very helpful but recently Megan Spanbauer, a Customer Service Specialist has went above and beyond to help me. I recently had an issue with identity theft and fraud and was dealing with quite a nightmare. She spent many hours of her time reaching out to multiple recipients with letters, phone calls, emails and documentation to help me get this issue cleared up. Megan was super kind, efficient, so patient and gave me much needed reassurance, comfort and peace of mind. She assured me that she (they) would be there with me every step of the way and she was, EVERY STEP.
Erie has also been wonderful through other issues in the past such as hail damage and a run in with a deer. Both of those instances were completely handled with ease and satisfaction.

Erie has been there for us on many occasions. They are very fast and always take care of their customers. We needed to make some policy changes last week and Larry emailed us a quote within 10 minutes. He then made us an appointment for the same afternoon to meet our needs even though it meant staying well past business hours on a Friday. It’s nice to know Larry and all Erie employees are just a phone call away.

Even though I'm now on the other side of the state, I've stuck with Laurel Highlands Insurance Group. The staff is alway friendly and responsive. Larry quickly made the necessary (and somewhat complicated) changes to my policy. He was very professional in his explanation of the process and made the transition easy on my end. Additionally, my rates were already reasonable but he found ways to save me more and who doesn't like saving money?!
