Alexander's Family Restaurant

The food is amazing, everything our party ordered was satisfying and perfect. The desserts were great too. The chicken soup can be made without pasta which is awesome for gf guests. Our server was so friendly & accommodating. I'm looking forward to coming back here.

I had no idea what to expect when I stopped by Alexander's recently. Their menu is extensive and has everything from sushi inspired dishes all the way to liver and onions. The staff was very nice and attentive and we ordered the pork medallions with bacon and it was DELICIOUS. Our entrées were prime rib and chicken marsala, both well prepared and flavorful. Overall I would recommend trying this spot!

This is a really special American restaurant. The food is very good. There is care in most every dish. Some of the dishes have a very unique and total commitment from scratch. A lot of older people here are sort of crumbing it up, I’m jk. Their grilled portobello mushroom sandwich was a big reason why I started cooking myself over ten years ago and wanting to study hobby culinary. If you can make a mushroom taste that good in place of meat, the wheels are turning.

Met friends for dinner here. We all ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their meals and we all took home leftovers. The staff was wonderful, attentive but not too much.

The waitress we had delivered the best service I’ve had in recent memory, and the food was delicious. Went with family and had a great time. Recommend.

After 4 years I returned to Alexander's and I must say that not only the management and staff are better but so is the quality of food and the selections. Tonight I decided to try the Maryland crab bisque, the almond breaded duck, the honey-lime seasoned Norwegian salmon w/ rice and carrot sides as well as the Cranberry-Mango margarita. My friend ordered the turkey and biscuits with gravy. I'll start off by saying how attentive the manager and the staff were with making sure that we were seated at a table where we were most comfortable as well as freshly cleaning it until it was spotless. All staff were friendly and accommodating. As for the appetizers, every bite was flavorful and no spoonful was void of crab; every bite gave me more and more of exactly what I ordered and expected.
Respect to the chef for the well cooked, garnished, presented and seasoned salmon. I honestly wanted to soak every bit of every food item I had in the honey-lime sauce. The sweetness and tangy flavors were just right; nothing overwhelmed the salmon but complimented it nicely. If this is the quality they can maintain I will definitely be back again.

We reserved a table for 12 for a family luncheon and we were extremely happy with how it turned out. We all enjoyed various dishes from the expansive menu and fully enjoyed our lunch (with dessert)!
Our server Christy managed the entire lunch solo and didn't miss a beat! She was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and provided us with outstanding service, Thanks Christy for making our family lunch get-together an absolute hit.

Great Restaurant, Great service.My family had a surprise birthday dinner there and food was absolutely the best. ,Our servers was were excellent. We go to Alexanders quite often. Also have called for take out

Every meal I have eaten has been absolutely delicious... went tonight and had the haddock special with shrimp in a wine sauce over linguine... cooked to perfection!! Oh and the butternut squash and apple soup had such wonderful flavors!..
Always had wonderful and friendly service...
The added plus is that your meal is reasonably priced..

Whenever we go by the parking lot is always full. Decided to try it and so glad we did. We had the stuffed gnocchi and shrimp with penna with vodka sauce. I truly dislike gnocchi but ta taste of these and they were melt in your mouth delicious. Will be back

We gathered here for a family reunion. My chicken salad was great. I was so busy catching up with everyone I didn't ask how their food was or get the name of a great waitress. Someone in the group recommended this place so I am willing to bet all the food was yummy.

Very good family owned restaurant. The staff was top-notch. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. We had a large group of 12 people. Excellent daily specials . I recommend you get the delicious Maryland crab bisque . (Get the bowl) thanks!

The food is some of the best around try the veal parm waitress was excellent the only complaint if you could call it that I just had to wait about 5 minutes for a table just make reservations if you dont want to wait
