This is my first time renting from Aaron's and am extremely pleased with the whole process delivery drivers were extremely nice and explained things perfectly and very friendly I would recommend to anyone. There are a lot of rent to own store out there. I have been with a few. But I have been treated the best by Aaron's and there staff that have won my business there prices and quality of products to me are top of the line extremely happy customer keep up the great work.

The lady who helped me was super nice. They had a new guy working on tagging stuff in the"wearhouse" part and so a few items were tagged with the wrong numbers. Therefore i was only approved for a certain amount of "credit" or what ever its called. So i was only able to get a used window ac unit until after 60 days and my "allowance" went up. Being that i had paid for the unit and did the whole new customer process by the time i went outside to have them load it in the car the guy had noticed that the used one was nowhere to be found and that some of the irems were tagged wrong. Now instead of the lady and gentlemen denying me and doing a full refund and all that l. They went in my file and updated the numbers on the ac and in turn gave me a BRAND NEW FANCY AIR CONDITIONER it texts my phone and tells me the humidity level in my house. I can raise or lower them temp so the house is nice for when i get home from work. The team was wonderful.and the young man who was only on his 3ed day a at this job was +apologizeinbut he went threw and did everything to fix his mistake. So i definitely recommend the buffalo ed Aaron's!!

I love my new living room set.
Everyone was so helpful with my purchase. Starting with Danielle, with the paperwork. The delivery men were awesome. They were very careful bringing my furniture in my home. Very polite, and helpful. Shaun was very helpful setting up automatic payments.
I definitely recommend going here.

Customer service was quite fast answered all my questions.
Showed me the set i ordered brand new when it'll be here and when it'll be delivered to me and reasonable price can't complain.

I Thank y’all for you patient I was in the accident at work doing much better now I will be paying the 457.00 next week and I will pat the other 432.00 the week after I was not being nasty or disrespectful I gave her paper work from my lawyer and everything got hurt at work I just didn’t want to talk about anything that why I my neighbor if you guys came again let them in to take the stuff my Cuzz had stuff from y’all she went to jail for 9 months and y’all waited and didn’t take her stuff and for Stacey to be calling me sending people to the house is wrong said you guys were here today sitting on my steps it is nobody but Stacey and I think she is wrong I will get things caught up right away Thanks for everything have a good night

i had a problem with a tv i got from them so they gave me a bigger and better tv they were understanding and very helpful I LOVE MY LOCAL AARONS excellent customer service and very helpful i would def. recommend the buffalo road store ask for Rae Anne

Everytime that I go in to pay on my bill the employees are always asking me if there is anything else that I need. They are also willing to work with if you are going to be late on a bill

I love Aarons comes to the rescue when you need something for your house and you don't have all the cash upfront I recently needed a refrigerator and didn't have the full price so Aarons came to the rescue for me and now I just paid it off.

Aaron's has always been helpful towards me. I've used them multiple times and would refer anyone who needs items now on a budget.
