I'm not real tech savvy, so when I stopped in at the Connellsville store to see about upgrading my old phone, Megan took all the time I needed to answer questions. I learned a lot. She also was able to lower my monthly bill while arranging for me to get a better phone - unheard of! And such a friendly person who also engaged in non-business conversation, and with a warm sense of humor. No regrets from me. Thank you, Megan. PS: I'm the guy with a phone like your dad's.

Megan was such a phenomenal help when I stopped in to add a new line and upgrade a phone. She made the process incredibly easy and I appreciate all of her hard work!

I went in today, I had purchased an item online that wouldn't link up with my account, the staff helped so much and was very patient. He was on the phone with Verizon customer service for a good 30 mins, never seemed frustrated and got everything working for me! Greatly appreciated!

I dealt with Megan and she made my visit to the store by far the best experience I’ve had yet with Verizon. I have been a customer for 18 years and I have never had such exceptional customer service. Her knowledge of the products and services was impressive. She did not try to sell me anything I did not need. So helpful!

Recently changed over to Verizon from AT&T. Megan helped me out. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Since then I also signed up for the 5G internet service. The store was very clean and all staff was friendly.

Jake was amazing. He went above and beyond in helping me get my phone back working. He took 2 hours out of his day to help with this problem and got it fixed for me.

Driving by we decided to just stop and get info on our account. I’m so glad we did. Shane helped us find the best plan to add a line and a hotspot. He went above and beyond to help us find an even better plan than we started with. Blaine also helped and both were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Explained every detail. We can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend

I went to get a new phone today at the Connellsville Verizon Store as I had a relic phone a 5s that was gonna expire soon and I had the BEST Sales Person Ever! Blaine S. 😃 He also helped my daughter get a new iPhone too and then got a new tablet for my granddaughter! He was Super knowledgeable and new exactly what we wanted and needed!! You are so Lucky to have him as an employee! We were the Lucky Ones today!! He even helped me with my picture app! Such a good experience today! Love you Blaine!!

Dealt with Sarah and she was really professional and knowledgable about the phones and plans, we decided to upgrade and purchase 2 watches as well. It was a pleasure to deal with her and look forward to the next time we upgrade.
