Bud Murphy's

Bud Murphy's is the real deal. Local charm and atmosphere and great food. I had the chicken and gravy on mashed potatoes and biscuits. Fantastic. Good beer selection. Price is very good. Service is excellent.

Great food with amazing prices!! Got a white pizza calzone with tomato and it was delicious!! Boyfriend got garlic wings and they were delicious too!

Glad we stopped here, great food, great service, great prices. Will stop again to try the pizza

This place was a lot bigger than I thought! You know the kind of place that just looks like they have good food? This is it. Great wings and awesome burgers. The price was a lot cheaper than I had expected too. My burger & fries were like $9. Beers were $2.75 too. Crazy good. Really recommend checking it out if you're in the area. They had signs all over saying they had the best pizza around, but we were too full to try.

Seems like everyone in town is there every night. Food is good! Prices are great. Place is huge. Parking lot is usually pretty full.

This was absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! I got the Margherita Pizza, which according to the menu has tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and four cheeses. I assumed the pizza would be average but I was blown away by how tasty it was! It was like an explosion of flavor in my mouth! The garlic flavor was strong, but there was also a spiciness that I couldn't identify but was wonderful. The tomatoes were super tasty and I believe one of the four cheeses was feta which is also very flavorful. I will definitely be coming here again! If I lived closer, I would be a regular but unfortunately I live over 3 hours away. I look forward to returning next time I'm in the area. I'm still enjoying my leftovers back at home. I also thought the food was very reasonably priced given the quality.

Great pizza, giant pretzel, and chicken fingers. Great beer selection, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I see why it's so busy there all the time. It's a great place to be!

Absolutely LOVE Bud Murphys. I moved away from the area and go there every time I'm back for a visit. I can't say enough good about this place. I've been going there since Bud was alive. Sadly his daughter just passed away. This place is a Connellsville staple.

Best pizza ever! I've been going to Bud's all my life and nowhere in my opinion has better pizza. If you like thick greasy pizza anyway. If you're one of the people that like that dry cracker thin crust then it's definitely not for you but if you like good pizza the way it's meant to be then Bud's is the place. I gave 3 stars on service only because they are always busy and sometimes it can be a wait but everything else is 5 all the way.

Nice family style eatery. We found this gem at random. The food and portions were excellent. All the food we got anywhere else would of costs at least $50-$60 not including tip. Stunned when the bill was only $30!

Waitstaff is friendly and prompt. I even seen them politely handle a customer who was intentionally being difficult. You can seat yourself.

Wife said her chicken wrap was excellent. I had a steak salad, the steak was juicy, just enough pink in the middle and perfectly seared on the outside. The famous fries is a large portion of fries, a lot of cheese and bacon with a homemade sour cream dip.

We will be returning.

The onion rings and mozzarella sticks are fantastic. Last time I had food from here I had the pizza. The pizza has improved by leaps and bounds over the grease bread boat they served before.

The food is great, and our waitress was nice. Take a jacket though, because the air conditioner was on and it was freezing inside the last time we went! I had the chicken Alfredo and it was delicious!

First visit Very busy for a Sunday afternoon. Sat at bar. Ordered club and antipasto salad. Took longer than usual and the club came first but they were both very good.

Very good food and nice service.
They have the dining area "Covid" with partitions on booths. They also wipe down all tables etc before you sit and after you leave.
