Fred's was the 3rd store I went to looking for a heated recliner. Worked with a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. No pressure. Got just what i wanted. Delivered to me in 2 days by 2 nice, respectful delivery men. Definitely will be back for any furniture needs.

Visited Fred's to get a new box spring. It was a great experience! Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Didn't beat around the bush, didn't try to upsell me, a very professional and courteous staff. I was in and out quickly!

My front door is smaller than normal. I had been looking for a sectional but none would seem to fit through my door. I saw an ad for a beautiful sectional and I worked with Scott though Facebook Messnger and in person. I was able to give him measurements and pictures. The sectional did fit, just as he said it would. It was delivered to my house in less than a week. The delivery crew was kind, knowledgeable, and fast.

Walked in looking for a couch and recliner and had been everywhere else in town with everyone saying the same thing we have to order that in. The sales people were amazing they asked if we needed help and then left us alone. When we found what we liked we asked if it was in stock and low and behold it was. It was simple and easy and we love our furniture. Best of all it's made in America. Thank you again. We will be back

Gotten my last half dozen pieces of furniture from Fred's, always great quality at a great price. Customer service and delivery is always top notch and on time.

We live in Jamestown and found this place by a Google search. Glad we did. Not a lot of options in our area and we placed an order for a couch and loveseat. The delivery crew had it to us within 3 days and hauled it through a pretty narrow space without any complaints. I strongly recommend anyone looking for furniture to give this place a look! Quality of the furniture is also very good after a couple months of use.

Scott helped us out tremendously to find a new couch, two beautiful chairs, and a table and chairs for our front window. The furniture looks amazing and fit our space perfectly. Scott is extremely helpful and will find the perfect piece for your space! Pop on in and check them out!

The Gentleman delivering our furniture graciously switched our mattresses after they realized we ordered the wrong size.
I like that they are locally owned and work with several non-profit organizations.
I really suggest giving them a try.

I have bought my couch,kitchen set,beds, mattresses and dresser from freds.i started with the couch Fred's was the only place in town that didn't have a wait to get the couch.after using it for awhile I started having issues with the cushions going low and a few rips and Fred's was amazing with helping to fix the issue.they let me pick out a new couch and a few other things to add the value of the first couch. I absolutely love the new couch and the customer service I received in store and from the driver's delivering the stuff was excellent I would definitely recommend them

Great service, great quality would recommend without hesitation. The furniture was the right fit for our space: excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture for unique spaces. We were very pleased with the speed of delivery as well.

The people that delivered my furniture were very professional..The quality of the furniture I received was top-notch. I highly recommend shopping there and the people at the office were just as polite and willing to work with me concerning my lay away payments..

Went around town with my wife looking for a grey sectional that would fit a pretty specific wall in our home. We had little to no luck until we went to Fred's Beds and Furniture. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their delivery service was on point! They even delivered during the snow storm of winter 2017 and were very courteous of our home making sure everything was clean and where we had it. I would highly recommend this local establishment and will be using them for other furniture purchases as we continue to furnish our home!
