Nittany MinitMart

Ihave nothing but good things to say about my experience at this store. Fran went above and beyond what she needed to do for me as a customer! Christmas day and she had to work from 6am to 5 pm, still very pleasant and accommodating!

I have never been to a Nittany MinitMart before this one. This place is great. Fresh, hot food. A place to sit inside and eat. Skill machine games. Adult beverage sales. Staff is kind and helpful.

This store is a disaster! Try getting a bottle of pop last week only to see it expired in Aug!! Took it back to replace and they didn't seem to care. Items are not rotated! Workers are often clueless with how things work. Can't remember how to ring up gift cards, coupons, etc. Prices are high!

I strongly recommend not to go here the food is horrible unless you like eating garbage. the employees are the rudest people you will ever talk to. The other day I went there for lunch and the meat on a Italian sub was turning brown and the pizza is usually hard as a rock cause it sits for so long. The prices are outrageous for the gross food they serve there and they are always out of stock of everything. Worse store ever.

Customer service is literally nonexistent at this location. I have been here multiple times and it’s a train wreck. Everything is a priority besides simply taking peoples money in a timely manner with a decent attitude. They should shoot a training video here on what not to do and distribute it nationally. 👎🏻👎🏻
