I took my toddler here for dinner and the staff were so kind and helpful. Chris in the dining area showed us to a table, brought my son a cow and placemat, cleaned up our finished meal and brought him ice cream in a cup. Chris was so kind and sweet to my son, and helpful throughout our meal.

Great location and service. The drive thru takes orders from two separate lines outside to keep things running smoothly. Inside, even during peak hours, the food arrives very swiftly.

Good although there's always a wait. I love the upgrade to this one as well.

All fast food establishments should take a page out of chic-fil-a's book. They are top-tier in every category.

Love this location. Can't wait for the reopening. Sorry I have to write this but since the reopening it's been a nightmare. Y'all need to hire the old crew back. This new one is not very good at all.

I love this place food it's so good specially the nuggets and the li to take the orders is fast and the personnel are really nice specifically one her name is Katherine she's a sweet girl she's at the Baltimore Pike she's so nice and make me feel special she always helps me with questions I really like her she should be promoted Katherine deserves it

Chick-fil-A the best food in the world I go there a few times a week it's very good can't go wrong I'm sorry babe

Location was very busy both inside and drive thru. Mobile order for dine in was not brought to table but placed on the takeout rack.

This location is so busy all day long and the staff is really excellent. The drive through has a lot of improvements to maximize traffic flow, and they added fans and heat (for winter) for their employees. I believe they are going to rennovate the interior soon, so I look forward to seeing the new look.

This location is always crowded but there is never a wait over 6 mins to get served. The management is great because they are always fully staffed to control the rush hours. This store is always clean and well kept...everything is organized. The food is exceptional everyday!!

Always good. We would be lost with out Chick-fil-A.

They seem to have it down to a science here. I can get in and out as long as I don't do the drive thru! Food is always good. People always pleasant. Other fast food places should follow their model. Cause it's always a "pleasure ".

Always fast, courteous, and efficient service! Even with long lines inside, and the crazy lines at the drive thru, they get your order in, and get you out surprisingly fast! Always a go to for us. I almost forgot that the food is delicious! LOL

Civilized people dine and work here and this Chick-fil-A location even had a table reserved for our missing in action Veterans...and those who never made it back home.

They were busy! They're always busy, but the food was worth it!
We ate in, but it didn't seem like the wait was too long.
I got the grilled nuggets and chicken soup and husband got a grilled chicken with bacon and fries and chicken soup.
I wish I got a milkshake too though.
Nice people came to our table a few times to make sure everything was going okay so that was nice.

Food there was fresh and hot. The cashier was courteous and kind, her suggestive sales was on point. The woman tending to the dining area was friendly and did a stellar job, making sure tables and floor was kept neat and clean. She made sure customers were satisfied with their food and had everything they needed making for a very positive dining experience. It was fast food at its best with a fine dining flare. 👌🥰😊
