I’ve been here twice in recent times and I’ve had very pleasant experiences both times and I’ve dined in both times, I would definitely come back again but the one thing I will say is that from what I see this is a popular hang out for teenagers so if you’re not one for loud and rowdy teenagers while eating then your best option is drive thru or pick up/to go ordering at this location. But other than that the service is pretty good and I would go back again.

Quick ordering and decent food. Fries could have been fresher.

I came here for lunch with my son mid week middle of the day- it was nice bc there was security there and in this area and way life is nowadays, I appreciated that. He even held the door for me and my kid when we walked in and out.
Food was great! Fast- hot - good...
Cashier was nice and efficient and the manager and one worker also was very kind to me as they watched my wagon while my son and I went to the restroom after we ate .
I would def go back in and eat. We also do the drive thru all the time and it is just as easy and delicious.

Went through the drive-through open real late night. It’s 330 in the morning so that’s a plus haven’t been inside since high school, It’s very popular in in a busy spot and it’s been here for years

Manager seen I was with my grandchildren it's a great care and attention to us bring us our meal getting this extra things we needed was a very pleasant experience

I just want to thank that one employee that covered my meal from her own pocket when I accidentally brought a Wawa giftcard to the restaurant thinking it was a McDonald’s giftcard (I wasn’t paying attention this morning lol)

I loved the fish deal for $2.99 and a second choice for $1. You cant beat that!

I was there on 09/08/2022 at around 1:30am and the gentleman working the microphone and the window was the nicest and most pleasant person I have encountered in a while. The rest of the staff were all very pleasant as well and seemed to enjoy what they do. All around best experience you could ask for. Kudos.

Giving 5 stars because of the young man named Ant who works there. I get my wife breakfast sandwiches every Saturday, it’s become a tradition and it don’t matter the conditions. Rain, heat, 7:30am, this young man Ant always has a great attitude. He’s gonna be somebody.

Everytime I go here there's never a problem, always friendly staff. Such a relief from McDonald's in philly. Today my fries were super fresh, hot and crispy😋. And shocker, the ice cream machine works!

Excellent service and above average food!!! Everything was made correctly to order and I asked for extra hot fudge in my hot fudge sundae and they hooked me up!!! I could tell the workers were struggling to keep smiles on after hours of rude service from customers, but they were kind, courteous, and made my meal, and my friend's meal perfectly! Please be nice to these people, they are doing their best and trying so hard!!!

My drive through experience was really nice. The lady on the speaker was very curtious. My order was right, and not sloppy. I had to pull over to a designated place to wait for my meal but I was compensated with a free cookie coupon. 🤗

24 hour location, but they switch over to breakfast at 4am, so keep that in mind if you're looking for food at late night. They have not messed up any of my orders here, and staff is always pleasant and helpful. The parking lot is laid out poorly so pay attention to the entrances and exits to prevent accidents.

This McDonald's is the Drexel Hill McDonald's. There is plenty of dining space available including a high-top table that seats 8. The best part of this location is the management. The managers and supervisors are always on-point and on top of the food production, orders, staff, and customers. If there is ever a problem, management is always willing to make things right.

There are times when both the drive-through and restaurant become overwhelmed, and there may be a wait, however, everyone on staff does their best to provide quality service as quick as possible.

With an expected rotation of staff and employees it is hard to maintain consistent quality service, however, at this location, it is the management that mentors, trains, and advises the workers constantly, and thus holds everything together.

I frequent this location and never had a problem! It is always a pleasure to dine-in, take-out, or drive-thru!

I just love the fish burger.

Friendly. Fast service AND they don't insist that you place your order via kiosk. Hate kiosks. I prefer human contact, human customer service.

I wish I knew the kid's name that was working tonight because he hustled his butt off to get things done. He is short staffed and he was absolutely amazing. Polite, great customer service. I'm so impressed!!!

Great new interior! Better service! You can order through a computer & take a number for your table & enter it there touch screen mode on a flat screen as big as a bus stand sign (close to it). You can use cash/credit/debit. You can give options to customize your food. Ie. no onions on your burger & less ice/none at all. Type sauces you want. How many pickles/none. Add beacon! Subtract lettuce/less. Select if you want a tomato on your sandwich/no. All drinks even the biggest is only $1.00! Still great service if you decide to go in line very short only 2 people ahead of you/not at all. Newly designed registers, touch screen mode on flat screen. Flat screens for all options of foods behind the counter. Cushing seats & access to both rms now on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor has a belt strap design on the benches that are cushioned, nice soft brown faux leather & some barstools with black faux leather that's cushioned too! Walls newly designed give you a caffe' restaurant feel & also newly remodeled bth rms are very sleek & clean & brightly lit that smells great! Motion sensored sinks to wash your hands. Soft soap feels great on hands & don't over clean your hands. Very moisturizing & doesn't have funny plastic smell, smells very natural. I'm love with Mc Donald's again. Very considerate ideal to help customers that are disabled & also customers who have been shopping all day/coming from work/school that has been on the feet a long time & walking. Clean air! Nice & quiet! Very peaceful so you can unwine & enjoy your meal. Especially for people who had been driving all day that want to get away from their car for a while & don't want to use the drive thru & stare at their wheel while they eat. Good scenery as always & even better now with newly designed interior. Very clean outside windows as usual on the 1st & 2nd floor. Refaced the parking lot & drive thru as well. Smiling faces always welcoming you. Very warm cozy environment to get away from any stressors. Calm place to begin/end the day/recharge during lunch. Very good Aura environment!
