The branding and presentation is great! My wife and I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos with fruit punch and a peach tea. The food was hot, fresh and tasted delicious! We will definitely be back.

This place is AMAZING! The food was SUPER DELICIOUS AND WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. I got the strawberries and cream, chicken and waffles. The waffles were made so perfect.. literally. I never had waffles like that before. SUPER DELICIOUS!!! The chicken fingers have the perfect sauce too go with it. Everything was tasty.

Hidden gem in west Philly. At first glance I was skeptical since it’s located right next to a gas station but this place is a example on why you shouldn’t judge books by its cover. The food is immaculate and the presentation is beautiful. Everything is cooked fresh to order! My top favorites are the sweet chili Thai chicken sandwich combo, and the chicken and fruity pebbles waffles. There drinks are also very good it’s sweet and refreshing which is great on these hotter days. They do not lack in the customer service department everyone so far has been friendly and attentive to my orders. I’m so happy I decided to give this place a try you should too they won’t disappoint.

The food was good I think for the price that we pay for stuff you need to come a little up on it. Meaning I order Chicken and why did I only get two chicken strips for the price that we pay bring some more food at 3 or 4 chicken strips but great food

I been to chick a boom many times before always bang I usually go at night time but this time I went in the afternoon I got Thai chilli combo no sauce and coleslaw. They have new box’s now to only got a few fries and instead of a chicken breast I got chicken tenders. Always good just for 18 I need more fries lol

I don’t know how I’m just now writing a review on this place. I’ve been going to this place for years and it is by far the best chicken sandwich you can get in Philly. Their honey garlic parm sandwich will literally change your life (make sure you get the garlic parm sauce on the side too!). I’ve put countless amounts of people onto this place and they all feel the same way I do. Their prices have gone up over the years(as has everything in the world) but it’s still more than worth it in my opinion.

I order Chicken Tender and French Fries on Three Occasions. The food was fresh. The portions were large enough to share with two people. Both the regular flavor and sweet chili flavor were excellent.

Hands down one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches I've ever eaten! It was like a whole party in my mouth...No debate with the other fake chicken sandwich spots, this one is the best! P.S. you must get a side of Boom sauce for the fries!

Let me start off by saying the food is awesome and chicken sandwiches are humongous. The chicken sandwich was packed with flavor and they even use sweet pickles. I had the honey buffalo bacon ranch sandwich If in the area I recommend going and the staff there was extremely polite. And made my food fresh.

I ordered from their lunch truck on a Friday around noon. There wasn't a wait and after looking online at the menu, I was able to figure out what I wanted like a normal person should.

I was eyeing the honey and parm chicken sandwich and what better way to make it a meal than with crinkle cut fries. The sandwich was very tasty and the honey with the parm sent it over the top.

I love garlic fries. The crinkle cut is perfect for them. While I'm not about having business owners change their menu, but could we possibly have minced garlic and shredded parm as a topping option for the fries? Places that serve garlic fries in this fashion never seem to get the fries right. The rigidity of the fry allows the garlic and parm to hold onto the fry as it launches completely into my mouth where salivating juices prepare to breakdown every ounce of deliciousness 😋

Great food. Fast. Good prices. Got the buffalo chicken meal. Good size portion and being made in my hometown. I hope they open up more. The picture I have doesn’t do it justice. The sandwich is better than Popeyes or Chic-Fil-A. Not even close to me.

The food was delicious I can’t complain I enjoyed the original chicken sandwich and my brother said the Fruity Pebbles waffles with the two pieces of chicken was popping. Just wish the service was more on the happier side but she was cool ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ tho!

I finally made it to Chicka-A-Boom, and I highly recommend it!! Chic-fil-a? Sorry, I don’t know her.

I ordered the original chicken combo, minus the pickles (just a personal preference). The chicken was fried to perfection, juicy and well seasoned. The bun is brioche and is soft and nicely toasted. The sauce, the Boom sauce, was also delicious. It was very tangy and really ties the ingredients of the sandwich together.

When I was reaching for my fries, I thought to myself that I should have asked for some of the Boom sauce on the side until I opened the fry box and saw that there was a side of the sauce already included. It really made my meal. As for the fries, meh, they were okay, just regular schmegular crinkle cut. They weren’t overly salted which was nice.

I got the fruit punch drink and I probably wouldn’t get it again. It was way too sweet for my taste, but it’s hardly something I’d write off my whole experience over.

Lastly, can we take a moment to appreciate the packaging? I love the bags. They’re not your average paper bag from these other fast food joints. I’m sure they could also be reusable lol. The sandwich and fries come in their own perfectly square boxes. You don’t have the worry about fishing out your fries from the bottom of the bag after they’ve spilled out of their container and the heat reflecting interior of the boxes keeps your food warm.

I’m eyeing the garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich, the tenders and the wings for my next visit. And maybe the waffles.

Food was nice and hot! I was on my way to pick up my husband from the airport. I will go back again.

The sandwiches, the fries and the punch - ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING is soooo good here. It was my first time trying Chickaboom and I had their honey garlic parm combo, it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back, it’s worth the trip to West Philly. Thanks guys

10/10 y’all don’t hesitate, This my 3rd time visiting when I tell y’all they never fail! I got the mango habenero chicken sandwich.

The first time I stopped in I had no idea what to expect. Since then I have returned at least 10 more times! Food is wonderful! I stick with the original combo but I always make sure to get an extra side of boom sauce for my fries, it really adds to it. Both the iced tea & the lemonade are fan favorites in my house. We will even drive there just for the drinks. The customer service is great! I always get a “welcome back” by the chicken & a great conversation about all the food on the menu. The young woman at the counter always makes sure my order is correct, reads everything back to me & I have absolutely no complaints! The menu is continuing to expand & the quality never disappoints. I recommend this place to everyone! Keep up the great work!
