Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Harrisburg International Airport

At the airport, maybe a five minute outside walk max to the airport airline checkin. This is a nice looking hotel and the first Fairfield I have been to with a bar/restaurant in the lobby, most likely because it is basically the airport hotel. The service was great at the bar and the pretzel logs were surprisingly soft and good. The menu is small but varied. It is a nicer Fairfield than I am used to, a bit updated. This was a great place to stay before my early flight in the morning. They even had flight info monitors in the lobby. The outside porch had a beautiful fire pit going. Breakfast changes slightly every couple of days at Marriott properties, but for Friday was scrambled eggs and regular or turkey sausage patties in the hot area, with the usual assortment of breads and cereals offered. Coffee was good but be aware there were no alternative milk options. Room 334 was good, but I did not like that our shower curtain was slightly shorter than the tub wall so water easily got on the floor. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. After a long day at Hersey Park we spent the night at this hotel. The hotel was super clean and the customer service was delightful. The next morning we enjoy the free continental breakfast and Hamid was a pleasure to speak with. He helped one of our family members with special needs, wished us happy holidays, and even helped us clean up our trash. Overall highly recommend this hotel to stay at!

Was greeted by a lovely, pleasant man whose name I'm sure I'm spelling incorrectly (Hameed perhaps)...forgive me. It was nice conversing so easily at breakfast! He was replenishing the buffet choices and was respectful and smiling-so rare these days. He asked how my stay was and I said the shower was WONDERFUL and HOT. We both agreed it was a terrific way to start a Sunday morning! Thank you for employing such a HAPPY person! Made my day more joyful. I noticed others engaging with him, as well!

This is a perfect location if you need to be close to the airport! Rental return and terminal are within walking distance!!

The rooms are very comfortable and extremely quiet which is important for an airport hotel.

The restaurant and bar has a small but good variety of food and drinks and opens at 5pm so very handy.

This was a last minute stay and the service was immaculate. Hamid was so friendly and helpful to me and my granddaughter. He made our breakfast experience like no other. Glad I chose The Fairfield Inn.

I had a problem and Olivia at the front desk was more than accommodating. I would recommend and will continue to use this hotel because of the customer service that was provided by her. We need more good employees in this world like Olivia!

Even though we only live 10 miles away, because of an early morning flight, we stayed 1 night just to church out our and make it ultra convenient to get to the airport with no hassles. The hotel staff was was kind an professional. The hotel itself was in great condition and had a nice bar area. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re flying to the Harrisburg area, it could bit be closer to the airport.

The staff here is excellent. Without exception, all were friendly and competent. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a bar and restaurant and there was only a short walk to the terminal. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the labels on the toiletries were too small for me to read without my glasses and I don't wear them in the shower.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean, staff is so friendly. We had dinner here the first night and it was AMAZING!!! I had the pizza burger with tater tots and our daughter had the meatballs and pita bread and my wife had loaded tots and we all shared the pretzel logs hands down amazing food. The cook came out and asked us how everything was and we told him GREAT and he was very pleased and happy and held conversations with us. The lady working at the bar/restaurant on 6/29/23 was suuuuuuper sweet always smiling. Front desk crew your amazing. Very thoughtful to all your guest, always have smiles on your faces all I can say is we will be back and thank you for everything y’all do!

It was a great stay, my flight was cancelled by Frontier, and left stranded at Harrisburg airport on that day, didn't no what to do, or where to go, as I was a stranger at this place. I called the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk agent, and she got me a room. It was a little pricey, since I also had to pay $252.00 for a flight back to Orlando. However, it was worth every penny, the hotel was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable, they had a breakfast in the morning, after breakfast I went on my way to the airport which was right next to the hotel and back to Orlando.

I’ve stayed here multiple times though-out the years during my business trips to Harrisburg with positive experiences. The most recent time was by far the best experience I’ve had. I attribute that to the general manager Mark. He was most accommodating. He made my stay one of the best at any Marriott I’ve experienced to date by going above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed.

Everything was okay except the employee dripping with attitude at 4am as I was leaving. Greeted her and was ignored, placed my key cards on the counter to which she demanded to know what room I was in. If you are not a morning person just hide in the back office!

Can’t beat the location if you’re going to the airport. And the rooms were clean. It is literally connected if you walk through the parking garage. The salad I got at the restaurant was surprisingly good. But if you don’t have a car, there really isn’t anything other than the airport in walking distance, so plan ahead

My first time staying at this hotel. I am traveling to Arizona. This is probably as good as it gets as far as close location to the airport. I checked in and was greeted, welcomed, and made to feel at ease. I was complimentary upgraded from a regular king to executive suite. I will return to this lovely property.

We were in the area from NC to visit Hershey Park with family. Short drive to everything good (park, Indian echo cavern, amazing food and great shopping). The airport was very quiet and not busy at all. The hotel was super clean and customer service was top notch. The breakfast was amazing with eggs and bacon etc. and the fitness center was more than adequate. The room was spacious and the air conditioner kept it nice and cool. The beds were comfortable and bathroom stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. The fridge was turned down so we just had to turn it up to get it cold. Microwave did what it was meant to do. Really zero complaints and the lobby bar makes a great martini 10/10 would recommend!

This place is perfect for an early bird flight. The place to clean and great food. The staff is nice and considerate at all hours. My favorite airport and Inn.

Worked for us. Always a plus to watch flights coming and going. Added bonus if you're lucky, Air Force One uses this runway for practice landings on a regular basis. Didn't see it this yr, but last years trip, we did. The new restaurant was a plus for lite lunch/dinners.

We came here for training and it was the cleanest hotel I've been to in a while. These people really care. Lobby is spotless. Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Front Desk staff was very helpful, courteous, and nice. This was an awesome place for training. Thank you.
