Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Stayed here for a night so we could attend a concert at the Giant Center. Great location for this venue. The room was very spacious, front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, several hot and cold choices. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

My family of 5 stayed here while visiting Hershey Park for 2 days. We had a great stay! The hotel was in close proximity to the park and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. One night we came home and they were giving out free gummy bears and pop tarts at the front desk- kids loved that! The breakfast was also delicious with lots of choices. Thank you!

My stay for party of 5 was fantastic. We had a suite #502 with ample room for all of us. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was perfect a very nice spread of Scramble Eggs, pork sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, English muffins, waffles,cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits, coffee and juice. Pantry staff kept everything very clean. Very close to Hershey Park and restaurants. Mobile Key check-in was easy and super convenient. Love this place!

I was very pleased with our stay here. We had a suite which gave us room to stretch out for 3 days. The hotel was nicely located next to anything we wanted to do. Given the breakfast was free it was great as well with good selection and always stocked. I liked the three large bottles of bath products in the shower as well rather than those little disposable ones. Highly recommend this hotel if in the area.

Nice rooms, decent breakfast, just around the corner from Hershey Park. The only reason for 4-star service is because they clean rooms every other day. I understand times may be challenging but WOW.

Well, first, Haley greeted us with a friendly attitude after spending a long day at the Pa Farm Show. The hotel was so clean and tidy,,,best I’ve stayed at in a long, long time. Bed was very comfortable. I was impressed with the refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower, along with the easy to change shower curtain liner. No plastic waste there!! Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff were very friendly and kept the dining area impeccable. Justice helped us at check-out and couldn’t have been any nicer. All around great staff and stay!!! I’m already planning to stay there against n when we visit Hershey Chocolate!!!!

This hotel is just 6 mins drive from Hersheys Park and many restaurants just few mins away. The staff are very polite and friendly. My husband and I spent few nights there with our adult son and 17 yrs old daughter on our weekend trip to Hersheys Park. We have no complain about this hotel. Nicole and Heather from the front desk offered excellent customer services. Nicole with her beautiful smile went above and beyond to make sure everyone was ok. Thank you Nicole!!. Breakfast was really a variety to choose from: hot and cold choices. The kitchen staff were very friendly and continue to stock up every time any food was low. I stayed at many hotels before but this particular Fairfield Inn and Suites is the best. Our suite was big, had comfortable beds and a sofa bed. The bathrooms had many towels and the shampoo and conditioner was top quality so we didn’t had to use ours. We even did our laundry, in the laundry area the following day after our visit to the water park. The pool was great and water temperature was perfect. There were lots of parking space even though there were many guest vehicles parked. Housekeeping staff Jacqueline was very friendly and well dressed she did an excellent job making the beds and cleaning the rooms up to standard. I highly recommend this place to any guest who are looking for a comfortable place to stay. Thanks to everyone who made it possible for our comfortable stay on my birthday weekend. We will be back again. 👏🙏

Close to park and downtown. Breakfast was not bad. Enjoyed unlimited coffee ☕ . Used the gym and pool, which both were cleaned. The rooms were cleaned as well and no issues, tv allowed to connect or use streaming apps. Lisa in front desk was kind.

Best hotel I have stayed at in hershey. Went on business trip and will be telling clerk to use this hotel going forward.

Newly renovated hotel for a perfect stay in Hershey!

The Fairfield Inn Hershey was beautifully renovated not long ago, and feels fresh and clean. It far exceeded our expectations, and looks so much better in person than in the pre-renovation images on the Marriott website. The pool was nice and warm, exercise room was great, and breakfast was excellent. Lots of comfortable seating space in the lobby with tea and coffee always available. Best of all, everyone who works there went above and beyond to help us have an enjoyable stay with our 4 kids over the holiday weekend.

Good location near Hershey Park, Hershey Story Museum, and downtown restaurants and outlet shops. No more than a 5 minute drive to any of those locations. Free parking and free WiFi (Bonvoy members).

The kids loved the daily free hot breakfast. They served a variety of breakfast sandwiches, sausages, & bacon during our 2 day stay. They also had a hot oatmeal bar, yogurt, hard boiled eggs & cereal. Lots of juices and milk to choose from. Adults loved the 24/7 coffee & tea area in the lobby. Staff were friendly and attentive during check in and check out.

Our rooms (5th floor) were clean and spacious (double queen suite with pull out sofa)- perfect for 3-4 adults. The shower had good pressure and we had minimal noise from people in the hall. They have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel on the shower walls - less plastic waste (yay!) & you don't need to have the daily cleaning service restock those items! They have a full size blow dryer in the bathroom. They also provide lotion & makeup remover wipes :) I did not see cotton swabs or other toiletries provided but there is literally a CVS a block or two away that you can stock up if you've forgotten anything.

They have a small indoor pool- almost a square shape and about 4 feet deep. Good for little kids but not if you’re planning to do laps for exercise. The gym was comparable for a property this size but we did not utilize the equipment during our stay. Elevators are a little slow but we were on the top floor.

I would stay again on our next visit.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue has really clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was nice, and has some variety of options. The rooms didn't feel stuffy like other hotels that I have been and the idea that the rooms had windows that allow for some fresh air is totally awesome for me (I am more of a natural air person).
Plus it's closeness to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. I think they just recently renovated. Our stay was short but we enjoyed every bit of it.

The staff are awesome, and the rooms are clean. I didn't like the body wash but appreciate the idea. Breakfast every morning, but the waffles are not and should be.

Loved our larger queen suite. Wished we were staying longer to enjoy it. The room size was great and really liked the couch/ seating area. Room was clean. Bathroom was a good size and also very clean. Loved that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are full bottles in the bathroom (moving away from sample size plastic containers)
Breakfast was good. There were enough waffle irons, but wish they would have butter in this area instead of just by the toaster. The selection was good for both hot and cold items. The 'medium' coffee was okay, but not really good. The fruit mix was processed and tasted like it (melon and pineapple tasted the same).

Perfect in pretty much everyway for my family. Less than two miles from both Hershey and Troegs Brewing which was the agenda for a nice Father’s Day weekend getaway. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was great. Room sizes were nice, plenty of room in the king suite for my son to play around in while we waited for the park to open. Pool hours were very good too, not large but heated and something to kill time in. The breakfast being available at 6am was great too because that’s about when we are ready to roll most mornings. It wasnt gourmet by any means but it was more than adequate. Most guests seemed to be families which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Extra towels provided. Breakfast buffet was good - exceeded expectations with the verity of oatmeal toppings. Smiling/happy receptionist. Highly recommend!

We had a Great Night!!! Ms Nicole was Wonderful!!! We ordered from JoJo pizza and we were able.to use the dining area for our kids and families. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable rooms; reasonably priced, friendly staff. Lauren in housekeeping, really made our room shine. The front desk staff Shane and Caroline were very helpful with suggestions for dinner in the area and directions when needed. The free breakfast was good and tasty, with a very wide selection of items to choose from. Gloria and Ellen really keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Overall, highly recommend! Great place to stay
