Concord Auto Body has GREAT service & workmanship. Pete & his team took care of every detail & the repair work is FLAWLESS and my car looks like new! I would recommend this place to anyone, they are for sure an "A-+++" business!!

I've had the misfortune to require repair work on two cars over the last two summers. Based on Concord Auto Body Shop's reputation we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate last summer and were hoping to have it scheduled for repair while we were away for a 2 week summer vacation out west. Concord Auto Body was extremely busy, but Pete was very accomodating and said he could fit us in while we were away on vacation.

We were kept informed on the progress and any additional potential work while we were gone. While still away we were informed that the car was ready and we could pick it up when we returned. The Jeep looked perfect when we arrived to pick it up. The car was also immaculately cleaned which was a bit unexpected. Considering we have two young kids it was a very nice sight to see the car look brand new on the inside and out!

In June of this year we had to take my BMW 3 series in for a minor scrape on the front left fender/bumper area. I was dreading the potential cost of this one because a family member had scraped the car with his car and we were not handling through insurance. I feared the worst in terms of damage cost even though the damage didn't look "that bad".

Again, we arrived at Concord Auto Body on the verge of a trip to the Delaware coast for a week and were hoping we could get fit in while we were gone. Pete, again was extremely accomodating and said they would fit us in. He gave us an extensive review of what would need to be done to fix the damage including several potential addtional significant costs that might be incurred depending on what was found underneath the bumper and the various sensor for park distance, etc.

We were again kept informed throughout from the call a week in advance of our drop off as a friendly reminder and during our trip to inform us what was done and when the car would be ready for pick up. Upon our return yesterday, the car was sitting there waiting for us. The car looked perfect like it just came off the show room floor of the dealership. Pete and the crew inside were extremely friendly and we joked around about how my Dad still wouldn't be invited over for Thanksgiving for damaging my car.

As I got into the car, I was again floored by how clean the car was on the inside as well as the perfect fix on the outside. I genuinely felt like I was driving a brand new car again! Thanks Pete and everyone at Concord Auto Body Shop. You do fantastic work! I hope I never have to see you again, but if I'm in need of repair work in the future, I will definitely be seeing you!

Concord Auto Body is the best! Pete had my back when the insurance company tried to give me less than the cost of the body work. He got everything fixed with quality material and in less time than planned for. I hope I don't need their services again, but I would definitely recommend them for auto body work!

I have nothing but great things to say about Concord Auto Body Shop. From start to finish they were completely professional and made the repairs to my vehicle after an accident very smooth. Every step of the way, I was completely grateful for their excellent customer service. When I came in for my estimate, they detailed exactly what needed to be done and even buffed out a paint streak as a courtesy. When an earlier appointment was available, they called to see if I wanted the appointment. When my car repairs took longer than expected, they kept me updated for each delay. They made sure the job was done correctly and only charged me for the necessary out of pockets expense. Pete even made sure I had my car before the Thanksgiving holiday. For a stress free shop that seamlessly works with the insurance company and car rental company, this is the place to go!

I can't say enough about the work quality and care that Concord Auto Body shows when working on a vehicle. They went above and beyond repairing my car! Great communication and zero corners cut. While I hope I never need their services again, 😉, I will most definately reach out to them should the need arise.

There was great communication, and the quality of the repair is exceptional. This place is amazing. I used this repair shop for cosmetic damage to my Honda from an accident. Pete is very professional and gets things done on time. He took care of everything between and the State Farm insurance and even made sure a rental was waiting for me the day of drop off. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what they had to fix on my car. The back passenger door had to be replaced but they even painted the back back from paint peeling off it and cleaned my car inside and out (i had a messy car) I love this place and it was worth driving from Maryland to get it fixed !! I'll definitely use them in the future for any car issue

This shop is incredible! I have had to take my car in twice this summer unfortunately, but both times, the service has been wonderful. Pete is super accommodating and truly cares about doing the repairs correctly. You may have to wait a bit for an appointment, but it is so worth the wait! It is very speedy once your appointment comes around, and Pete kept me informed the whole time. And, Melissa even helps get you set up with a rental if need be. So much more than I'd expect from a repair shop. I'd reccomend Concord Auto Body to anyone!

Highly recommend this shop! Pete is great and was on point with his timing finishing my repairs on my Jeep. I had 2 doors replaced and painted and my car looks better then it ever has. Excellent work! Super satisfied.

Excellent quality job! Unbelievably supportive and helpful providing me with the right rental car for my mobility issues. Bob brought my car to my home when my husband was flown to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and the car was done. Thank you Bob for reducing my stress and to all at Concord Auto Body for a great job. I highly recommend them!

Concord Auto Body did a great job repairing my 2010 Accord. The car looked as good as the day I purchased it. There were a number of minor scruffs which were preexisting before the damage that necessitated the recent repair, and they even touched those up! Any questions I had were answered clearly. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good about Concord Auto Body. My favorite car was recently in an accident and if it was not for Pete I think I would have lost my mind. He is honest, sincere and most of all cares about his customers. He wanted me to be safe and he worked with my insurance to help me get a fair deal . He went above and beyond in his efforts to help me and I am forever grateful. I will never go to any other auto body shop and recommend this shop without reservation. They are the best!

Thanks Concord Auto Body Shop for doing a great job with the repair of my front end following a recent accident. Pete was excellent in updating me several times during the week and my car was completed early. My car looks brand new, it was washed and cleaned inside too. Pete took the time to drive to my office in Chadds Ford and dropped off my car and returned my rental back to his shop where it would be picked up by enterprise. Thanks again Pete!

I just had my Toyota Rav repaired at Concord. The service and work were just excellent. My ten year old car looks brand new. Our insurance company gave a low estimate on the repairs and Pete, the adjuster at Concord, made absolutely sure that our car was repaired correctly. Concord Auto Body repaired my 2012 Toyota RAV4 a couple of weeks ago - they did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. I presented them with 3 different problems - a small dent on the driver's door my daughter picked up from a rear view mirror; a gas cap with pealing paint; and a badly dented rear bumper from somebody in a hospital parking lot. The repairs were all "on my dime" - with a $500 deductible, it wasn't worth getting my insurance company involved. Bob at Concord Auto reviewed my problems and gave me several different options each with different prices. Bob offered good advice and was willing to engage my insurance company if I wanted. Once I decided to pull the trigger, Concord Auto scheduled the repairs and completed everything very quickly. I am extremely please with the results and would recommend Concord Auto Body to anyone. In fact, I am so happy with my service that I plan on buying Bob and his co-workers some donuts to thank them!!!

They treat you well here, work well with insurance, communicate well, and get the job done. Obviously, due to having major car issues, you're not happy to be there. But their professionalism goes a long way to feeling better and less anxious about getting your car back. And because they work with insurance, you know the costs will be. I have used them twice in the last 2 years.

Few days back I visited CABS in Glen Mills as I was unable to remove old license plate (because of free bolts). I visited few other places, they tried, but couldn't remove the plate. I went to CABS and spoke to Karen. Even though it was a lunch time she requested someone in her team to have a look. Rich was the guy who took time out from his lunch time to check the issue. Just after looking at the old free bolts, he understood what's wrong and he knew what needs to be done. He cut the head, put the new inserts, and replaced the old license plate with new one in no time. People at CABS, Glen Mills did the job in no time going out the way.
