We recently ordered a front quarter. Jeff walked me through the potential cuts and was very helpful. I picked it up a week ago after processing and freezing. We have eaten a few ribeye steaks and some ground beef. All are very high quality. I look forward to many more great meals. The price per pound after processing was awesome. I couldn't reccomend them more.
