The techs from Daflure came to my house for routine maintenance. They were very polite and informative. The alerted me to some things that needed done with my system but were not pushy at all. I appreciated their advice and professionalism. Thank you!

Daflure has serviced our geothermal system for 14+ years. Their service, repairs when needed, charges and explanations are always fair and timely. We are always contacted when preventative maintenance service is due (every 6 months) and are always willing to accommodate our schedule. Do not hesitate to contact them for you HVAC needs.

Exceptional professional service was provided by Austin on our Trane Heat Pump System, Aprilaire Humidification System, Air Scrubber & Ductwork. While some problems discovered with the system weren't great news, Austin thoroughly and clearly explained and showed me each one and provided sound remedies for each item.

Received great response time on a non-emergency Trane heat pump repair. Repair was done quickly and techs explained everything before and after the work was done.

First Experience (5/23) Came out for my yearly a/c check and I told them it wasn’t cooling properly. Turns out I have a leak somewhere in a very new system. So kind and helpful and directed me to contact installer first because of warranty. So thankful this was caught and for all of the great advice! Above and beyond.

AC unit needed repaired; I was happy with an appointment for the next day. Then, I received a text that a cancellation occurred and was given an appointment first thing the next morning!

Todd arrived on time, was courteous, and began to work. Within 1/2 hour the unit was repaired and Todd took the time to explain to me that my compressor needed replaced. He was very patient and thorough in answering my additional questions about future service my unit may require.

My AC unit was not running efficiently and was working intermittently. The Service Technician was onsite within 2 hours of the initial call. ST was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. After a thorough investigation, they were able to diagnose the issues and correct them. They were transparent with costs upfront. Afterwards, the AC unit is running as it should, pumping cold air with clean coils and new filter.

Austin was prompt and on time for service call. He was very professional and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about a needed repair. He offered to show me the part needing replaced and the reason for the replacement. He did his work promptly and efficiently. A very courteous and professional young man.

Daflure was great diagnosing my AC issue and coming up with a temporary solution until the parts arrive. They arrived with a plan and the communication was great before they even started. The technician was very knowledgeable about the warranty we had(Lennox) and what was needed to be done.
