Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg NE, an IHG Hotel

Would like to say very friendly staff Ehab and i believe her name is Amy Who runs the kitchen let me say that the breakfast is outstanding and I was so pleased to get up this morning and have sausage and gravy I really appreciate this young lady because she accommodated me due to my kidneys were hurting so bad and she gave me some cranberry juice to help ease the pain in my kidneys. Ehab is exceptional he has texted me since I have been here to make sure my stay is great. I am here till Tuesday and I walk around the hotel very clean smells great only thing that I see a problem with is there pool is very small. Keep up the exceptional customer service that you provide and I will come back again thank you

A very nice hotel in the Hershey area. Comfortable King room. A great breakfast area. Easy check-in. Shower no hot water. Not great. Plenty of parking.

Great hotel stay as always, friendly atmosphere and clean rooms. Even a decent swimming pool..............................
Don't forget about the buffet style breakfast it's actually better than most restaurants that are close to hotels. ....... you can get a homestyle breakfast included with your room stay and the entire experience is much better than you would expect, we will definitely use this chain again...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only 10 minutes drive from Hersheypark. Recently refurbished rooms. Good breakfast included.

My truck broke down, but I was lucky enough to be close to this Hotel. Darlene,Tricia and Ehab turned my unfortunate plight into a very relaxed and welcoming stay. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Tonya at the front desk was very helpful. My room was missing a window shade and the tv didn't work so I was switched to a different room.I loved that the room had a microwave AND a mini fridge! The hot breakfast was nice, lots of options. Oatmeal, cheese omelets, bacon, bisquits & gravy, juices, cereals, hot beverages. Nice lobby with seating & a fireplace. The pool and fitness room are on the lobby level. This was a work trip, I would stay again for business or pleasure.

We love Holiday Inn hotels. The minute you walk in the sitting area is welcoming. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The beds very comfortable. Breakfast, gym & pool available. We look for this brand whenever traveling. Thank you!

Great stay at this hotel. They were in the middle of renovations, but somehow, that didn't detract from our experience staying there. We had been driving for 10th hours, and the front desk clerk was so eager to accommodate us in getting a room for us. And, the room was clean and the bed, so comfortable. Then, we had a great hot complimentary breakfast before getting back on the road. Great experience. 👍

Impeccably clean, very comfortable, good breakfast, convenient location (just off highway 81), friendly staff. Will come back in the future.

Staff were so nice and aimed to please. Hotel was newly updated and our stay was very pleasant.

overall had a good night, room was nice and clean. the freezer part of the fridge was not there so I couldn't refreeze my ice packs for my cooler but I improvised by filling a few lidded coffee cups with ice so not a total tragedy I guess. breakfast was decent and staff were nice

Nice, clean, hotel.
Just 12-15 mins drive to Hershey Amusement Park. If you want to eat good Chinese food, you can go to Hong Kong City Restaurant ( just 15 mins drive from hotel).

Owner & Staffs are extremely nice.
They are always there to help you.

Another good thing of hotel is reasonable price for stay. And you can also get good free hot breakfast.

Highly recommend to stay if you are plan to visit Hershey Park .

Large nice clean rooms! Great lighting! Helpful and friendly staff, made checking in a breeze and a pleasurable! Thank you! The breakfast in the morning was good lots to choose from! Did not use the pool or exercise room but both looked inviting!

Nice place to stay. Staff is courteous and grounds well kept. Didn't take any pictures of this place as I was too tired. Make sure if your using a credit card it has your name on it I use a company card with my bosses name on it so I had to use my personal card other then that no issues. Suggestion to the hotel to put a sign up to give truckers a heads up to check the lot before pulling in to make sure they have room or leave their rig across the street at the truck stop if the lots full there's not a lot of room to get turned around.

Very nice motel. Staff was extremely courteous. The facility was clean and the in room amenities were beyond what I would have expected for a motel in this price range. The pool wasnt large but it is well maintained and indoor. The exercise room was also much better than most. It had actual free weights and nice treadmills. The breakfast was excellent. Hard boiled eggs would be a nice add but thats nit picking. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was hot for a change. I will be doing business in Harrisburg a lot over the next two years and will definitely choose this inn when I can.

Very clean updated rooms and just a few minutes away from Hershey Park.

Rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was a little on the hard side for me, but I prefer a soft bed. Staff was friendly. Parking lot is well lit. Very nice place to stay.

Stayed here a month ago while working. Everything was Great, so booked again for a girls trip with my sister and our daughters to Hershey Park for 7/9. My daughter looked up pictures and saw a discouraging photo someone posted of a bug, but I assured her the room was clean and there were no bugs. I hope we will be as pleased this trip as I was my first trip here. Fingers Crossed!

Jamie and her team are top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . The breakfast team was fast, kept everything stocked and clean and were exceptionally friendly. Our rim was clean, comfortable and quiet.
