Comfort Suites Grantville - Hershey North

After 1 or two days here I hastily gave a 5 star rating.... yeah that was a mistake! Cleanliness is severely lacking! If you want your room cleaned you have to ask. And even if you ask, they probably won't clean it. They had all day to clean our room as we left early in the morning and requested it be cleaned. Came back 12 hours later to filth! So instead of calmly being able to put our daughter down to sleep, we had to have room service come in and clean. Extremely disappointed!

The rooms are a good size. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are quality. The pool is small but the kids loved it. I'm giving this 5 stars because or their continental breakfast. Food is very important to me, and what they've got going on here is fantastic.

Initially I had posted a bad review. I'm not gonna disagree on the fact that the rooms are filthy, but the girl and the guy at the front desk were very helpful. So 5 stars just for the front crew. But I definitely do not recommend staying here. We changed two rooms and both beds were filthy. You can see other similar reviews about hairs on the bed.

Excellent service! As busy as it was with all the Hershey Park visitors, the staff at the front desk and the breakfast were phenomenal and on top of their game. The second they ran out of something at breakfast they were replacing it - never ran out of food or coffee! The rooms are as you expect for Comfort Suites- comfortable and clean but nothing super fancy. Highly recommend!

First impression is wow when you walk in. Very friendly and helpful and super clean. We have a 2 bed/pull out couch room and it fits all 5 of us nicely. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable .The attention from housekeeping is top notch and they promised large towels and didn't forget. Big plus we are about 6 or 7 minutes from Hershey park so the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The continental ( free ) breakfast was so much more that expected. Eggs hash browns bacon and sausage, waffles yogurt, muffins, bagels, and every drink you could imagine. We love it here

I want to thank the staff, most especially Bert, for making our trip memorable. Bert, thank you for going the extra mile in getting us a refund and for the breakfast coupons on "customer appreciation week". The rooms are so big. The view is awesome. The staff are always peasant and willing to assist. Just a great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Love my stay here. Would definitely stay again, it’s actually my second time in 1 year gap staying here. Rooms clean and spacious. Employees polite. My kids love the breakfast. Nice size pool. Gas station and food not far. Hershey Park 15 minutes away. Tanger outlets 15 minutes away.

Hotel breakfast here is excellent. Very well managed. Good selection, they refill everything quickly, the items are fresh, and the coffee's excellent.
The management is very nice, hospitable, and accommodating.
And it's a short drive from Hershey Park.

Very clean and spacious rooms. In the morning was a to go bag for breakfast. Very helpful, with recommendation of delivery restaurant. It turned out the restaurant food was fantastic!! Come see this place . We used choice hotel to book. Don't let navigator take you wrong turn across from gas station just past holiday inn. Off the interstate 2 minutes

I very much enjoy my stays at this hotel. The entire staff is super friendly and the room is always clean. We go for the jacuzzi suite! Can't beat the price and the indoor pool is usually a good temperature (I don't do cold water!)

Awesome stay here again. We love getting the jacuzzi room. Had a decent night at the casino too! Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely stay here next time we are in the area!

Very comfortable room was clean. Pool was amazing it was like bath water. Had a jacuzzi room it was geat. The only downfall was breakfast was over st 930 we went for breakfast at 9 and there was nothing left even the coffee was gone

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Everyone was polite and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. Being greeted, asked how I was and if I’m enjoying my stay by all employees was great! For someone who travels the country and has seen a lot of places this hotel deserves 5 stars!

We love the Comfort Suites. The service is always wonderful. Everyone is helpful and friendly. A convenient place to stay for the casino and Hershey park. The rooms are comfortable. The free breakfast is great. And the kids love the indoor pool.

Room was nicer than we had expected. Great value with a helpful staff that were all friendly. Breakfast was all you could ask for and available one hour early, which was extremely helpful..

I couldnt have been happier and treated better at another hotel.
They had no problems with me checking in before my boyfriend.
I give them a 10+ for my time there.

Easy off/on the highway, great value. Very friendly staff. SRuiz checked us out and EPaul checked us in. Well lit parking lot, felt very safe. Room was immaculate! Definitely returning!

Great stay, there was plenty of room for my large family. The breakfast hours were shorter then other places we've stayed but not an inconvenience. The staff was friendly.

Stayed here to go to Hershey Park 2 days. It was good for the price and distance. Free WiFi, breakfast 6-930am. I got a 2Q bed room and it had a sofa sitting place, coffee table and desk. Plus coffeemaker, mini fridge, microwave. Closet with full length mirror with safe. 32in t.v.

Stayed there for the New Years Eve and even though the hotel being busy at the front desk, they took care of me very well. Gave us a small New Years gift upon check in and the staff was very nice and gentle with the guest! I would come back again..!
