My wife and I felt she did a wonderful job taking care of our phone upgrades and doing what she could to insure we got the phones we wanted and Applied our rebates to the purchase of our phones. She made sure All our information transferred over just fine To our new phones, and wiped our old phones clean Of their memory before we left. She was also very good to answer any questions that we had. Thank you Molly.

This location is my absolute favorite to go to for anything. Everyone who works there is so friendly and Don is the absolute best. I've been coming to this location for about 13 years now and could not recommend them all more. If it wasn't for the employees at this location, I wouldn't even have Verizon. They make everything so much easier at this location.

Gus was very helpful and friendly! He made the upgrades so much faster and easier than I previously remember them being. He also explained things to me multiple times and never once showed frustration, and had no problem doing so because I just couldn’t understand what was going on lol.If you go there, ask for Gus, he’ll make your experience way better. Also Gus was very professional, kind and precise. He also helped put our screen protectors on for us since my hands are to shaky. He put our cases on the phones. He made the transfer process for the phones go so smoothly. This man deserves a 5 star rating for sure. Thanks Gus for the excellent service. You genuinely made a difficult visit seem so easy. Will only ask for Gus every time I show up for here on out. If he’s not there I probably won’t work with someone else lol he’s that good.
