Best Western Plus Hershey

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Hershey Pennsylvania in February of 2024. The room was very clean and new. It reminded me of staying at one of the Hilton Express chains. The floors were tile with a little piece of carpet. Which seems a lot better for cleanliness. Our room was a king bed with a nice little couch. We pulled back the cushions to see if it was a pullout couch and I looks like it was. We did not sleep on pull out but it was nice that it was available. The couch and coffee table were nice to use to set up a game or just relax. I was surprised at the size of the small fridge it was bigger than the usual under the counter fridge. The room was very spacious and had lots of corners for bags and luggage.
I did see several dogs in the hotel which always surprises me, but everything was super clean so I didn't smell any animals and I didn't hear any barking. I have only once traveled across the country with our dog and it was hard to find places that took animals.
The pool was small but indoors and their were families enjoying the pool the nights that we checked on the pool. I did not see a hot tube.
The breakfast was really nice. It is always nice to not have to run around in the morning to find breakfast. They had an amazing yogurt with tons of toppings that I had both mornings we stayed. They have a really nice coffee and hot chocolate station that stays open. It was cold outside when we came in for the evening and we both made a hot chocolate to take up to our rooms. Very nice touch.
The sign as you pull in says Best Western Plus with Red Roof below. I was horrified because I had a really bad experience at a red roof and will never stay there again. There is another motel across the parking lot so I don't know if that is the Red Roof or why the sign says both. The hotel didn't have any signage that it was associated with Red Roof inside. So I have no idea why the sign has both names. Maybe the parking lot is for both. Anyway don't be dismayed when you pull in the room are great and I have nothing negative to say about our experience. I would stay here again.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here last weekend while attending the Joyce Meyer Conference at Giant Center. From the moment we walked in and got in line to check in, Jennifer was AMAZING! She is so outgoing, friendly, positive and warm. We enjoyed her right from the start. When we returned to the hotel after the Saturday afternoon session, I pulled into the parking spot and heard a loud noise. I ran over something that I hadn't seen. I jumped out of the car to see and Jennifer was already at our car making sure we were OK! Having been involved with my husband's business, I know how rare it is to find someone like Jennifer. She truly cared. We had a great weekend and Jennifer made it even better! Thank you Jennifer!

This was definitely a great stay!! All the employees especially Jessica were super sweet and amazing. The bed were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing as well. Will definitely be staying here again

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The only problem we had was with slow drainage in the shower but everything else was well maintained and in great condition. Plenty of parking was available on site. A good breakfast was available in the morning and was week stocked by the staff

rooms are very nice, but needed some work. the chairs were ripped and dirty, and the garbage was still full when i first walked in. just needs some TLC but that's all. otherwise very nice and the service was 10/10 and food was really good.

Everyone loved it. Stayed 2 nights with 2 kids for a family vacation. We went to Hershey Park for 2 days. Quick, 10 minute ride to the park. Free parking. Breakfast was a hit! There was something for everyone. Comfy beds. The room was immaculate. The building looks new, and the room looked very updated. Included coffee machine, TV, microwave, and mini fridge. We did not use the gym or pool, but it's nice to have the option. Friendly staff. Definitely would consider them in the future.

Excellent! We are very picky w hotels and we loved it. Super clean, very friendly staff, breakfast (not too tasty but we aren’t big breakfast people) comfy beds.

Great place to stay near Hershypark (short drive away). Rooms were clean and updated and the staff was very friendly (some of the recent posts look like a totally different hotel). I had an issue regarding a reservation change (third party) and the manager went above and beyond to help me through it and ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Stopped here around noon as we were in town for WWE at night. We had the nicest woman at check in, she got is right into a room even though checkin wasn’t til 4. This slowed us to unpack and go swimming and hang out on the patio. Room was super clean, comfy beds and great tv channels. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Extremely clean reasonably priced a great place to stay in the Hershey area. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

The check in was quick and the clerk was super nice.. She let us know of all the amenities and that breakfast was avail from 630-930am. Our room was on the 3rd floor, it was extremely quiet and very clean. The bathroom was spotless, the darkening shade in the window was a nice added bonus, free parking, and we thought the breakfast was pretty good.. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh. The location was fantastic based on what we had planned in Hershey. Me personally, based on my experience, I would recommend this hotel and I will definately stay here again.

Highly recommend! Stayed after going to a concert at Hersheypark Stadium and it’s only 10 minutes roughly from the park. Front desk staff was very nice. Rooms are very clean as well.

Clean, comfortable, accommodating
The room looks like the photos, is completely cleaned, and had absolutely no problems with check in or the room. The gentleman Logan at the check in desk was very polite and accommodating. We were able to see the rooms prior to checking in and all questioned were answered promptly and fully. There’s a full breakfast in the morning and a pool. The hotel appears to be clean and well maintained. Great place to stay.

It went above and beyond
The most important thing to me at any hotel is how clean and safe it is. this hotel was perfect and slept great there because of how clean and safe i felt. My grandkids loved the pool and we all loved the great breakfast and excellent service.

Rooms were clean. The hotel is close to Hershey Park, and the front desk personnel friendly.

The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing! Great pet friendly stay! Shower could have had a bit more pressure though, but other then that our stay was great! Thank you to all the staff for a great stay! :)

My family stayed at the hotel 9/4-9/5 and it was a great experience. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool was good as was the fitness room. In addition the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was so friendly. I'm not typically a guest at Best Western hotel customer - picked this one because of location - what a wonderful discovery. Great location, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, indoor pool! I would have thought I was staying at a Hampton Inn. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice brand new looking hotel. Nice room and great free breakfast. Great location. Only complaint I would have seems the walls were installed extra thin, could hear our neighbors way too clearly and upstairs people walking loudly. Still recommend it though.
