Great customer service. The workers inside are nice and friendly. When I had a package stolen they were very helpful and set it up so I'd have to pick my packages up at the post office so they can't be stolen again.

Had an issue with my package that was sent to a place 4 hours away from where I live. Luckily they were able to retrieve it and manually send it to the right place.

The Postal Service/Post Office is very efficiently run. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional.

Not always the friendliest folks, but I never had a problem with my mail during the two years I was a PO box customer here.

Best service I ever received. Tip your carrier especially in the holidays and you will never have an issue with your mail

2 USPS vans drove past my mail box but never stopped at mail box with the red flag up to pick up my outgoing mail. I took it to the post office b4 the long holiday weekend.

Two times within two months this post office and employees are an embarrassment.

The first time, on a Saturday, I was notified that a package was delivered into a parcel locker and it wasn't present. More often than I'm sure I know, they place mail in a box that shares the same number, but is one street away.
It happened that I was in my garage when the mail was delivered on Sunday, so I walked over and had a chat with the mail person, telling him my concern. He told me he usually doesn't deliver to the area, which is true as I didn't recognize him, but this person took the time to open the entire panel and sure enough, my package was present, along with items I wasn't aware were present, which included, my passport, and the return of my original birth certificate.

The second time I was notified that the USPS ran into a problem attempting to deliver my package that needed a signature at 10:29am. I was home and have security cameras.
I reviewed the cameras and sure enough, the USPS van drove in and out of my area and never stopped by my home.
I called the post office and postmaster Dawn accused me of yelling, even though I wasn't and assured her of that because EVERYONE knows she's awful, and you get nowhere with her by being nasty. I told her about it and she said she doesn't have the information, so she can't do anything about it.
I replied, I gave you the information, have video evidence to support my position, and she laughed. I asked if the package was going to be delivered today, and she again replied "no I don't have the information".
I asked if she can reach out to the driver via text message, and she said "no it's dangerous", to my knowledge mail persons delivering via van stop all the time.
I asked who her supervisor is and she said I don't have one and then hung up.

Horrible!! I sent an international package. Status says delivered though the recipient did not receive it. I called to inquire what my options are and they pretty much told me I have none? Why send international if you are unable to insure it gets to it's destination?! I understand they can not control if something happens. I do not understand why they can not help locate the package or even offer a refund for the package sent!? It is Ludacris!

This post office has nothing but rude works. That constantly lose your packages or ship them to New York after they should of been delivered. They receive your package it goes out for delivery then transferred to another carrier for delivery just to end up back at the post office never delivered. This happens constantly not just a one time event. Get people that know how to read packages. When your item suppose to be delivered and it takes additional 4 days cause they ship it to another state instead of it be delivered you can’t take it out on the company you got it from cause the post office did it.

I get other peoples mail despite sending it back and telling them they dont live here. Many of my packages have been lost in their care. They'll tell you they delivered something ahem they never did so.
